The charges were way too high and in those charges, not even the facilities. Soap, Shampoo, and hot water in the washroom were not available. They say it was queen size bed but I am afraid to say it was not. I would have paid max 1500-1700 INR for this kind of hotel.

Lodge rooms are old & not so neat. It's pricy, not worth of it. Complimentary breakfast also not that great.

Room was pathetic, not standard, mosquitoes, nothing was provided no soap, no towels nothing, even hot water was not available, everything we have you ask twice, horrible place to stay, unclean, dirty not a place i would stay again. The bathroom drain was pathetic, during bath the water was stagnating, pathetic place,

The hotel was in bad condition. Rooms are small, with damp smell on entering. There was not hot water. You need to ask the hotel reception to switch on some central control to get hot water in room. The property is very old and so is the mentality of staff. Breakfast spread is bare minimum. It is also difficult to locate the hotel entrance for the first timers.

Rooms good, all basic amenities food quality and hygiene maintain all basic amenities are made available. In the toiletries, only soap is provided need to see if anything else can be provided. Similarly a chair in a room may add convenience. Linen and pillow cover was neat and clean ***** with the bath towel

Location and food good. In a place like mumbai, it is unbelievable that a hotel with a standard tariff is not providing a tea maker in the room. Staff and polite and ready for help.

It’s not upto the mark. You have to go to the 5th floor of the building for hotel. It’s very old pattern interior like any lodge.

Difficult to get cabs
Booked Supreme Premium Room with Balcony, but no real balcony, just a window with a poor view
Unwelcoming staff and poorly trained, intrusive service
Only below-average vegetarian food options; non-veg orders suggested via Zomato
Dining area unhygienic
Felt more like a lodge than a 3-star hotel
Overall, not worth the hefty price paid.
