The hotel was good and the service was fast. However, the room had a dusty smell despite daily cleaning. Housekeeping repeatedly rang the bell even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on. At check-out, I asked for just one extra hour to feed my children, but no one helped, even though the hotel was almost empty.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet, with everything you need. They let me check in early and extended my stay until 2 PM for free. You can also store your luggage. The staff are very attentive and caring. Any issues or requests can be sent via WhatsApp, and they respond quickly. You can use the pools at both this hotel and the Oberoi hotel. The spa offers excellent massages. Breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is located on the promenade, and you can walk to the Gateway of India, which is about 2 km away, or take a taxi for 120-150 rupees.

Great location. Works for me. Specially that it it’s in the middle of the city. So it is convenient if you’d like to go to the beach or to the airport. Also the view helps.

Hotel is under renovation. Some rooms in certain floors are very smelly but hotel still opens them to guest. Everyday room keeping wasn’t professional enough. I don’t have new slippers for 5 nights of stay. Kettle was very smelly and unusable. I have stayed here before couple times but this time was the least comfortable one.

Very good location, it is really a beautiful property but it was a little inconvenient. If I could I would stay in bkc area near airport or Taj lands end. But the property here is great if meetings are in the vicinity.
