It was a late night arrival. Check-in was easy at the entrance, and the room was clean. However, I was assigned a room on the road, so there was some road noise.

Never staying at another budget hotel in India ever again. Not only is the bright yellow design of the hotel warm and welcoming but it also comes with some convenient high tec ways of getting your ammenities and assistance. The QR code system and online chat function made it really easy for us to get our toothbrush kits hair dryers etc. Finally the staff are exceptional especially Abir helped a lot when I had a problem with using an international card - through his patience the problem was solved without adding any extra stress to my trip. We also gained a lot of assistance from the front of desk and house staff particularly thanks to Rakesh, Ashok, and Biren.

"I had a wonderful experience staying here. The place is well-maintained, comfortable, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. What truly made the stay memorable was the staff — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Room cleaning quality is very good and staff speacially Mr. Santosh Bait is very well behaved and very kind personality. Other staff's are also very kind. Location is very good and we can easily get metro station from hotel in just 100 m distance
