Horror Horror Horror. No windows Dirty Dirty Dirty Rats in room No breakfast even though advertised Non English speaking staff Horrible area Bugs in room No hot water The rooms are not like on the photos advertised. It’s filthy. Don’t go there !

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked for 3 nights but checked out asap after 1. Reality of rooms is nothing like pictures. Bedsheets wet on arrival, bed headboard covered in mould. Walls and ceilings also covered in mould. Had to switch the air com off due to strange smell.

Hotel Liberty Plaza Mumbai Awful Hotel- Do not stay here Awful hotel- Do not stay here. The rooms were damp, covered in mould and cockroach infested! Do not believe the fraudulent reviews you see on ***********- they are all fake. Staff are rude with no care for the customer. This is the first time I have left a property during the night. Management refused a refund. While checking out, another couple were also leaving for the same reason.

We booked two rooms for our colleagues. The rooms are not like what shown in the website. We never book non ac rooms. The hotel charged us Rs 400 extra for ac room, which we are experiencing for the first time. Area is congested. Hotel is in a narrow street, without any parking facility.
