The hotel promotes itself as a luxury establishment; however, the actual room I occupied bore little resemblance to the images presented. The bedsheets were torn and stained, there was a significant accumulation of dust throughout the space, the bathroom was unclean, and water was leaking from the air conditioning unit. Additionally, the staff exhibited a lack of helpfulness and displayed a negative attitude.

Room condition very poor. Water properly not coming from toilet flusher. Very bad smeeel coming from bed and room. Croches are rooming about all over room and bed. All over experience very bad

1. *room cleanliness issues: "the room was dirty, with dust on the furniture and stains on the sheets. Housekeeping clearly doesn't do a thorough job" 2. *poor customer service: "the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Any request we made seemed like a huge inconvenience to them" 3. *noisy environment: "the walls are paper-thin, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. Impossible to get a good night's sleep" 4. *misleading photos: "the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Our room was outdated and much smaller than advertised" 5*unpleasant odors: "there was a terrible smell in the room, like mildew or mold. It was unbearable and made our stay very uncomfortable" 7. *inadequate facilities: "the air conditioning didn't work, and the shower had very low water pressure. Overall, the room was not up to standard"
