The hotel promotes itself as a luxury establishment; however, the actual room I occupied bore little resemblance to the images presented. The bedsheets were torn and stained, there was a significant accumulation of dust throughout the space, the bathroom was unclean, and water was leaking from the air conditioning unit. Additionally, the staff exhibited a lack of helpfulness and displayed a negative attitude.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at hotel. The experience was drastically different from what was advertised on the booking platform. The photographs displayed on the booking website were misleading, showing a far superior room than what we were actually given upon arrival.
Instead of the spacious, modern room pictured, we were assigned a cramped, third-class room with a malfunctioning air conditioner. The room was unacceptably small, and the lack of proper ventilation made it unbearable. To make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches and the toilet was in a state of deplorable uncleanliness and unsanitary conditions.
I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. The discrepancies between the online representation and the actual accommodation were egregious, and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant.

I had a really pleasant experience staying at Atlas Grand Hotel. The hotel offers excellent parking facilities, which made things super convenient, especially for someone traveling by car. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay.
The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to help with a smile—whether it was room service, front desk, or housekeeping. Everything was smooth and hassle-free from check-in to check-out.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and satisfying stay. Definitely a great option if you're looking for good service and comfort at a reasonable price. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit.
