Amazing location to the jio world convention Center, walking distance. Staff and facilities were amazing was sad I couldn’t use them more. Anand from in-room dining was so attentive to my needs helped me figure out the room when I had questions. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with all staff really taking care of what u want. All in all truly a 5 star experience.

My husband and I used to frequent Taj Lands End in Bandra a few years ago. At that time our office was in the Andheri area so this was a good option. Heading back to this hotel several years later, I can see the hotel needs an uplift.
I generally had a good stay, bar 2 incidences:
1. Although there are 4 lifts available to the rooms, there were incidences of unavailability of all lifts, many times for up to 10-15 minutes. The lifts would be on the higher floors and then bypass all other floors. Frustrating.
2. The room I was in was privy to the loud music and raucous screams of a group either on the floor above or below mine (I honestly couldn’t tell) which started at 3am and didn’t end until sunrise.

Absolutely amazing property....very clean neighbourhood. Staff is very attentive, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet 10 out of 10. Thank you sofitel for amazing experience.

Fantastic location, everything was in reach, be it the airport, local station or the tourist spots. The hostel was a cosy place. The host and staff were very generous and soft-spoken. Would definitely visit again, really the best place to stay in for a short trip, especially as a solo traveller.

We stayed for just one day, But felt like a home after few hours of our stay. Didn’t get a chance to meet new buddies as we are in short time. I recommend this one if anyone looking for stay around in Bandra who is willing to enjoy the hostel cum home style stay.

Excellent Hotel- I loved it - prime location- on road - you may not find peace due to horns of vehicles outside but i loved this. Few km away from Bandra ❤️- don't forget to visit - Amrut fast food in front of hotel and jai hind hotel beside this hotel for food.

The room was extraordinary. The food was homely. It’s a centrally located in bandra. G my stay comfortable pleasant enjoyable and memorable. The hotel is located in a centralised place with all the eateries, hair salon, shopping complexes are walking distance. Keep up the great hospitality and service beyond self.

Location excellent surroundings horrible. Upkeep very very bad. Service very good. Workers pleasant. Impressive international menu but provided only indian and what was ordered was not at all the recipe. Dish by itself was alright. Didn't go for buffet due to this.

Ssan99the room was a bit cosy for three people the pictures don’t do justice and it’s ideally not easy to find the place as it’s a bit tucked in the breakfast is not a buffet but something they will decide and two item they promised were not even available the room was not entirely clean had to ask them to tidy it up overrall did not feel satisfied for the money we paid but the location is very convenient for sightseeing so choose your battle ig

YYung NuggLocated next to a slum, but nothing dangerous or harmful happened so no worries. About 20min from the airport.
No towels, shampoo, body wash in the room and couldn’t get any hot water in shower.
The night shift guy, Kartik, was so helpful that he ordered delivery for me after checkin at 1 am.
Shout out to him, deserves to get paid more.
