The grand hotel at the airport!!!!! Love this place, Great rooms, great bars and great restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable. Nice beds and pillows. Bath tub in each room. With nice toiletries. Breakfast is excellent and always gets you off to a good start for the day. Love this hotel.

Normal Similar to a Korean business hotel The price is high because it is a Diwali holiday. There are security checks like airports The building is unique, but there is no space to photograph it. View got a cheap room and there is an apartment across the street. Breakfast is Chinese, local, Western, and desserts and fruits. The service to store luggage after check-out for sightseeing was good.

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Ambience was just equivalent to The Taj Hotel. The front office staff were very friendly & conducted an express check-in. The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were clean and tidy and did replenished the consumables. The waiters and chefs greeted every guest with a broad smile & attended every request of the guests. Specially Mr. Akram did a splendid job in attending to the physically challenged guests. Overall a wonderful experience.

It was good value for money and the staff were very friendly. Since it is near the airport, I think it would be great for business travelers to use it. It was a room with two single beds, and it was spacious, which was nice. However, it would have been nice if there had been a little more explanation about the hotel facilities at the reception.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff was very helpful and the amenities were good as well. The bedsheets were a little dirty from the edges and so were the pillows which we had to get changed after calling the hotel reception. One of the biggest advantage is how close the hotel is to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Mumbai international airport. We could stay till late and then get to the airpot on time as well. So overall it was good.
