I stayed at the Amber Econtel Hotel in Munich from July 25th to 28th, 2024. I found the hotel on the internet and booked it through Check24. However, something terrible happened to me. When I was having breakfast on July 27th between 8:15 and 9:30, 1000 euros were stolen from my hotel room. The money was in my handbag and the room was locked. I informed the hotel staff and filed a report with the police. Unfortunately, I could not find a responsible person in the hotel, the reception staff could not even speak German and I did not know what to do. There is no video surveillance on the second floor, where our room (206) was, so it was not possible to find out who was in our room. The hotel manager was reached by phone, but unfortunately he did not show the slightest interest in this terrible incident. The following day, until I left the hotel, I was ignored by all the hotel staff. I do not want the same thing to happen to future hotel guests and I want security measures in the hotel to be tightened.

Hotel on the outskirts of Munich in the new Pasing district well served by transport to the city centre. Paid parking outside or in the garage. Large room, shame that being a 3 star S it doesn't have a small fridge inside and, as often happens in Germany, it has carpet on the floor which is terrible. Small but complete bathroom. Sufficient cleaning. It could be better. Reception staff present but limited to little information and not complete. Decent savory breakfast, insufficient sweet only some chewy mini croissants. The bread and raspberry jam are excellent.

25 Temmuz - 28 Temmuz tarihlerinde Amber Econtel Hotel'de ailemle birlikte konakladık. 27 Temmuz sabahında biz kahvaltıda iken otel odamızdan çantamda olan 1000 euro çalındı. Durumu hemen otel çalışanlarına iletmemize ve polise şikayette bulunmamıza rağmen herhangi bir sonuç alamadık. 206 numaranın yer aldığı ikinci katta güvenlik kamerası olmaması nedeniyle kimin odamıza girdiği tespit edilemedi. Ancak odaya anahtarla girilebileceĝi göz önüne alındığında bu kişinin bir otel çalışanı olması kuvvetle muhtemel. Olay sonrasında otelde yetkili bir kimseye ulaşamadık ve kimse bize yardımcı olmadı. Tam anlamıyla görmezden gelindik. Bu otelde konaklamayı düşünenlere tavsiyem kesinlikle başka bir yer bulmaları, zira otelde büyük bir güvenlik zaafiyeti var ve sorumlu bir kişi bulmak maalesef imkansız.
