The New Fair Hotel was not my first choice. Had to book a hotel room at short notice as there was nothing available in the area. The hotel is located in the commercial area. €160, including €10 for the parking space, is exorbitant. The outside view, the entire outdoor area, it's a joke, it feels like a construction container on a dirty building site. However, very nice, Asian owners who proudly advertise a bottle of red wine for €2850 (!!!!) at the reception. The reception area is like a storage room. You can enter the room with a numerical code (12 digits). The rooms are not European standard!! No air conditioning, wallpaper for eye cancer, bathroom/toilet a joke. The designated restaurant/bar is used as a storage area. The guest garden is like a horror theater - only the skeleton of the parasol is left, the planning is hanging in the tree!! A horror par excellence! Never again! The health department should come by there...
