It was absolutely pleasant short stay in February 2023. We made booking by mailing the hotel directly.The reservation person , Ravi, was very helpful during the reservation communication. The hotel has a very convenient location - few steps from Central station.-so one can move around the city with no issues The check in was very smooth, Daniel, receptionist, was very welcoming and efficient at the same time.Thank you, Daniel. The room was of right size, clean and cosy, bathroom was tiny but shiny clean with all amenities one might need during the short stay. WIFI is good, stable signal. Highlight of the stay - breakfast: so delicious options to choose from! Dear restaurant team, thank you very much for fabulous breakfasts! Good value for money paid. Definitely recommend for short stay.

I find it hard to believe this hotel is rated 4.5 out of of 5. The hotel is good for a quick stay but that’s it. The twin beds are essentially prison cots with a thin mattress and the pillow is the worst I’ve ever used it has no stuffing. The AC in the room doesn’t work so the window has to be opened as it’s extremely warm. The tram is currently not running out front either making it a walk to get to the public transportation. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the shower has good water pressure and lots of hot water. For a quick one night stay fairly close to the central station it’s ok other than that I’d look elsewhere.

It was very comfortable because it was in a good location and quiet place, 20 minutes by tram from the central station. There is a big supermarket next door, so you can find anything there. I still want to use it.

This Hotel was fantastic, was dubious when I found out was staying in ibis but it was a great Hotel. I arrived in Munich and followed my map to the hotel wich took 69 mins walk from the main train station, but its only 9 mins by metro which is right next to the hotel. When I arrived I thought I was in the middle of nowhere. In fact it has plenty of shops etc in the following streets and very easy to commute in to the main part of Munich. The room was excellent with a king size and a big Tv very quite I at no point heard any maids etc. Reception was friendly and they had amenities such as ipads and phone charging points. They evan have electric scooters for hire in reception. Breakfast was bavarian in style, and plenty of it. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and would stay again without hesitation. Randomly the 1st McDonald's to open in Germany is across the road from the Hotel. As a minor gripe it's location is not dead central but this was not evan a thiught as it took minutes by the underground. Would recommend anytime

We stayed for an initial three nights and added three more. The hotel lobby is very modern. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. Breakfast is nice. The hotel is located next to the metro. There is also a cute neighborhood behind the hotel that has wonderful pubs and restaurants. The only thing we did not like were our mattresses - they are thin foam mattresses, and they slide off the bed nightly.
