I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel management and especially to the manager Alexander, who speaks Russian, for the help provided! During my stay at the hotel, I fell ill, Alexander promptly organized medical care for me (a doctor's visit) and agreed to extend our room for another day, beyond our reservation, since I was not able to go on the road.
A wonderful hotel with a HB meal plan. Located right on the slope, from the ski room directly to the skis, ski in ski out - it's super convenient!
The hotel has a decent SPA with an outdoor heated pool.
Very tasty and varied food. I don't know what they do with beef, but it just melts in your mouth!

The best hotel experience in Kopaonik. Remember that breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate. The front desk will not remind you. You have to ask proactively. Then breakfast and dinner are downstairs. There are many varieties. There is no need to go out to eat.

What a horrible hotel ! Extremely disappointing experience! This is not 4 stars! Don’t spend your money! You even don’t have smart tv! And the price is too high for this not even clean room ! I was last year in another hotel in Kopaonik and it was perfect! What a mistake with Gorski!
