Stayed at Casa Bonita with my family and friends during April/2022. Rented the river suite and the villa. Both were good, but really enjoyed the river suite and it's bathroom. The service was great . Everyone was very accommodating to all our needs. Can't wait to see how the hotel looks like after they rebuild the area that faces the sea.

The first night we spent at the lodge we were expecting a quite stay, after turning off the lights strange sounds were heard....surprise! a mouse in the lodge...we notified the frontdesk next morning, nevertheless you don't want to spend the night wiht a mouse nearby. When we booked the main house, the pool was still in service but after the fire, nor the house neither the pool were available anymore, they asked us if we still wanted to stay and said they would make it up to us with some fare adjustments...which was never offered or modified.. When we ordered dinner with just two "main" dishes with fair servings, two entreés and a couple of wine glasses, a total of USD 150 was the total for a regular dinner after 1h waiting time... In summary, value for money not at all, expectations totally blown 350US per night not worth it... ... I wouldn't stay here again.. By the way, the reservation was made in Agoda website, however this review was never published...

This was an surprising experience! The staff goes out of their way to make your stay memorable, they make you feel at home. The food was really good too. It is the perfect place for a getaway or to celebrate a special occasion. Will defenitely go back!

I’m Dominican and used to the big beach hotel settings. Casa Bonita was a excellent alternative to what we are used to! Small hotel but, make no mistake, big in service with great accomodations! Hotel staff treats everyone like family, and feels its their personal responsability that guests have a pleasant stay. The manager (Gonzalo) and Berenice are ALWAYS available, very attentive of every detail to further improve the guest experiences. If you go there, you need to make sure to have a conversation with these two! Awesome people with a big ‘Im here to help’ written across their faces! Food was awesome, organic and very tasty! Kudos to the driver (Carlos) that took us to Bahia de las Aguilas. A very knowledgable gentleman, very eager to share all that he knows so we can appreciate more the views, the little towns that we passed by, and the best beach in this country. This tour was very well organized, on time and lots of great food! Cant wait to come back and enjoy the river suites. Its so peaceful there that one really does not want to leave!

We stayed at the Master River Suite, it was amazing. Felt really welcomed, the staff is very friendly. My favorite part was the bathroom and the jacuzzi, they allowed and helped all the decorators to make my engagement a dream. We loved the nature around it and how peaceful it was. Just an observation food is expensive and not a lot of variety, but we managed. After that perfection.

Definitely a must if you are in Toronto. It is located in the Portuguese area near Ossington ave and the owner operator makes the most amazing food. I had the freshest salad since leaving New Zealand 6 weeks ago and it was huge as well for just over $13. My husband had Feijoada which is a generous helping of various meats in black bean sauce accompanied by rice and 2 other condiments for just under $20. Naturally we were not surprised that the owner says they are super busy especially as they are the caterer for Hunger Hub (suppliers to the movie industry). The food is not only healthy but really tasty and authentic. A must for Brazilian food connoisseurs!!

La experiencia desde la reserva hasta las atenciones en casa bonita súpero todas mis expectativas, el personal administrativo increíble mayra y berenice, el staff de excursiones sandy y gregory super preparados, las masajistas y el personal del restaurante. Esta es una experiencia que repetiría varias mil veces. Muchas gracias a todos por el magnífico fin de semana.

* Un superbe hôtel * Le personnel est aux petits soins. * Chaque problème à sa solution. * Ils font tout pour nous mettre à l'aise. * Le feeling est passé de suite. Si vous voulez un endroit paradisiaque, au calme, naturel et de qualité, n'hésitez plus!!! C'est un endroit de rêve Grâce à vous notre séjour chez vous a été PARFAIT ! C'est un endroit familial et très professionnel. Aucun problème de notre côté. Ils se plient en 4 pour vous satisfaire. C'est un staff de haut niveau et en or ! Ceux qui prétendent le contraire ont été mal luné ! Malgré la catastrophe qui a frappé cet hôtel l'an dernier, ils savent se relever et rester disponible Merci à toute l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme ❤❤❤ Marina & Florian
