The name of person in restaurant hub Kitchen Mr Lison serve very best And very good understand for Jain food and he serve best Of all . He fulfill all our jain food Required. And also Miss Vidya serve Very well to us . Also cook Mr VIPIN made us Very happy in our trip of this hotel

Overall amazing experience, truly enjoyed the stay especially my pet too enjoyed . Beautiful property the location and the views from the room just amazing . Really would like to appreciate Mr.Vinod (Duty Manager) for the warm service given to me and my family , he and his team have done a great job woth smooth check in and check out . Hats off to the Chef at The Hub Kitchen for making the food special and the service staff for the exquisite service. Everything was just amazing , Hats off guys will come once again.

It was simply an awesome experience and an unforgettable trip , cant thank enough to one and all I met and interacted with right from reception staff , Ms Sweta , Mr Vinod , Chef Mr Kunal and the restaurant staff and Manager all taking so so personal care and remembering the special occasion for which I came with family and Taj being Taj the property was excellent bhi what makes the difference is the hospitality and staff and yet again Taj proves that nothing can go wrong with them. Once again thanks to all of you and the nake of anyone I missed but this is to all the staff there , keep rocking Ashish

We had a very long drive 7 and hours by car so long but when we arrived we got a warm welcoming from the checkin staff From Sweta Varun, Tom made us feel so comfortable as we we’re exhausted traveling here by car, in-fact Sweta did the formality in checking in, then she guided us to a beautiful spacious room with a plunge pool it made us feel relaxed, and then later we met the Food and Beverages staff first of it was Miritunjay Videya,listen, and a tall waiter I cannot remember his name, and the head chef and his junior chef and all the food and beverages staff were so hospitable and they didn’t hesitate doing anything for you, 100 percent of being helpful to our preferences, and also the housekeeping staff Renjit, Soumya, they cleaned our room perfectly clean, we was satisfied from them both we thought they both Cleaned our perfectly, with their hard work of Cleanliness, everyone working there made us feel relaxed and comfortable after we toured around tea plantations and many places we toured to, then back to have delicious meals at the Scenic Taj was worth waiting for. Even the garden staff were so friendly. We will come to beautiful peaceful Hotel Scenic by Taj in future.

We expected a good stay at this place and it did not disappoint. A really nice breakfast buffet to start the day. Except for maybe the Lamb/mutton biryani, that we had for dinner one night. The meat tasted and smelled really *****, though I am no expert, so that was a big NO for us. Also, we had a plunge pool attached cottage, which the very next day was filled with leaves and debris, with no cleanup done inspite of the guest services/ front office being informed. The point of the plunge pool is lost if it is not cleaned per routine, when booked, unusable really. Otherwise, a beautiful property filled with amazing plants and greens, and a whistling bird hiding somewhere in the trees! Thanks, to Palani for guiding us on a tour of Munnar’s tea estates/ plantations, and other sites! A tad overpriced (when we saw our bill for the tour and jeep), maybe, but that was to be expected from the brand as well, I suppose. You pay for the name.

Everything was fabulous starting from the starter to the main course. You can work on the moong dal halwa ☺️ It consistency is more like paayas than halwa. The taste can also be better. Rest everything was great and the service was also very good.
