Excellent stay at Hotel Tea County - KTDC Resorts, vedy chilled atmosphere. Neat and clean hotel rooms, very hygienic. Hotel Staff were very polite, disciplined, and cooperative. Resort has very beautiful view from their rooms. Heater facility available. Very Happy stay. Would love to come again n again.

Huge property spread over 8 acres, but rooms are too far of. No vehicle facility means will have to walk to room and fro every time. Definitely not senior citizen and disabled friendly. Rooms are good, and view mesmerising. Food is good, but not extra ordinary. Minimum support for Jain food.

Recently spent 2 nights at this beautiful hotel. The room was a little dated but fine for 2 days. The grounds were stunning. Staff were all wonderful and very helpful, especially the reception staff who helped us booking trips. The only criticism I have of this hotel is the lack of choice in food for guests who do not like particularly hot and spicy food, although, the lovely chef made us a special, non spicy dish when he realized there was nothing suitable for us. Maybe a little more choice at breakfast for European guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Tea County in Munnar. The property is beautifully nestled amidst lush greenery offering views of the surrounding hills and tea plantations. The ambiance is peaceful, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests and provided excellent service. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and offered a cozy retreat. There is scope of improvement in food at the in-house resteraunt.

True to its reputations, Tea County Munnar stay was one of the finest we had in recent memories. Right from the reception at a very impressive lobby, to the idyllic location and courteous staff and management , every day was perfect holidays for us. Breakfast and Dinner ( we didn’t have lunch there , except one day) was good and sumptuous. Do not miss the local cuisine as special dinner menu, it was delectable. Overall, a very memorable experience

The ambience is great. The rooms are neat and tidy. Avoid the rooms in J and K sections since the commute to them is greater than the rest. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Was expecting more. Only papayas in the name of cut fruits. Also, the options were quite limited. Rest , a great place to chill, relax and rejuvenate!!

Getting up listening to music (birds singing) and to see beautiful scenic views . Neat and comfortable rooms. Staff were quick and friendly. Food was great. Close to centre. Overall had a wonderful experience 🙂. Looking forward to go back again.
