Good price quality, excellent location to start visit of Munster valley and Route du Vin d'Alsace. Close to Eguisheim and Colmar so possible to stay here in Munster as well as a fine alternative. Has a restaurant on the spot with decent regional food and friendly staff. Ancient historical hotel which has been updated.

Hotel situato nel centro del paese. Camere essenziali con possibilità di camere accessibili a persone disabili al piano terreno. Colazione essenziale e cene con antipasti e primo e dolce. Personale non parla molto italiano. Piscina esterna in estate.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine avec un groupe de randonneurs : hébergements très propres et confortables, restauration tout à fait correcte et laissant une belle place aux spécialités locales, et surtout une grand disponibilité et amabilité de toute l'équipe.

Nous avons attendu sur la terrasse au soleil quelq'un pendant plus de 20 minutes ainsi que d'autres clients et.... Le néant . Pas un serveur rien . Du coup , nous sommes allés ailleurs où nous avons été servis , ce qui est un petit la base dans ce métier

Ambiente decisamente poco ospitale, abbastanza sporco, bagni privi di box doccia, compreso il bagno dei disabili anche se era l'unico tenuto bene. Spettacolare la sala riunioni ricca di vari oggetti utili per integrare le stanze dell'albergo che erano alquanto minimali, peccato che dopo due giorni in cui abbiamo utilizzato il servizio la sala è stata chiusa a chiave e impossibile accedervi. Il cibo veramente immangiabile, molto chimico e non invidia niente alle pietanze servite ai soldati durante le battaglie. Consiglio di prepararsi dei panini fatti in casa. Senza parlare di piatti e posate, tutti sporchi e arrugginiti, i boccali per l'acqua erano pieni di formiche morte (insomma non ciò che si spera di trovare in un hotel che funge anche da ristorante). Tutto sommato però si salva il mio amico del personale molto disponibile nei nostri confronti
