The place is quite old and it is quite obvious with its towels. But the location is strategic. Their suites is very big and good for family groups.

Facilities: limited parking space. Roof top pool is ok but small. Main Toilet flush was not working on.
Service: Is ok but when asked during checked out for 2 towels (not issued to us) is really a pissed off. Though staff apologize but still asked me to sign a voucher.
Location: Near to Festival Mall/ ATC and Airport
Cleanliness: Need improvement.

The hotel was kinda old, didn’t expect it. Room design was good but the kitchen and toilets ate smelly like drainage. I requested for room change because the other toilet in the kitchen as well as the kitchen sink are clogged. and they didn’t fix it even after I mentioned it to the reception. The room’s air-con are not also good. It was installed on the lower part of the wall and air was blowing into the side bed. Towels are like a rag, looks dirty. The amenities are not attractive at all. Although the view from the pool are great specially when the sun sets. Restaurant are not so good. There’s not much variety on the buffet. Php 650.00 is not worth it for breakfast buffet.
