We would recommend Hotel Nagusi to anyone who asked, we couldn't fault anything. The Hotel is easy to find in a pleasant village & on our arrival we were greeted with smiles and politeness by English speaking Asier at reception and he set the tone for our stay. The service from him and the rest of the staff could not be faulted. The room was spacious & clean with a huge bed contributing to good sleep. Continental breakfast had plenty of choice with great coffee.There is lift access to the Hotel floorsl & a client's car park at the rear of the premises. We only intended to stay one night en route to Santander but our ferry was delayed for 36hrs so we stayed for two with Asier keeping the price low for our stay. We couldn't have asked for more. excellent through & through.

El Hotel dispone aparte de habitaciones, de apartamentos con cocina y nos han sorprendido gratamente. Limpio, amplio y en buen estado. Perfecto para nuestra estancia. El Check-in hecho a distancia, con la posibilidad de llegar a cualquier hora. Muy recomendable.

Fui con grupo en marzo 2024 y el trato amistoso/familiar es difícil de mejorar. Desayuno correcto, sin grandes cantidades de nada, pero muy bueno. El menú para las cenas, muy bueno y variado. Incluso con opciones en caso de intolerancia, alergia o inapetencia! Camas muy cómodas, limpieza muy correcta y habitaciones amplias. En definitiva, nos encantó a todxs y éramos un grupo algo nuneroso.

Hôtel très agréable, d’une grande propreté. Les chambres sont bien équipées et confortables. Le personnel est très chaleureux. Le restaurant présente une carte à des prix raisonnables et les plats sont succulents. Le petit déjeuner est varié.
