我是飛機延誤半夜2點才到酒店 按門鈴把前台大媽吵醒給我開門 辦理入住很快捷 大媽也能聽懂簡單英文 房間很小但是很乾凈。感覺都是民房改造的酒店。

附近很荒涼很荒涼，房間隔音特別特別差，超過11點不讓講話，早上旁邊房間的收拾聲和關門聲也聽得一清二楚。服務人員也特別差，一點英文都不會説，全障礙溝通，我們想要花錢加床一直被拒絕，前台還在半夜敲門將我們趕出去酒店（都是女生），附近冰天雪地沒有一個商店，就這樣把人趕出去，萬一有點事情他們都不能負責！！第二天我們立馬全部退房重新換酒店！真的態度很差，非常非常不講理，很不推薦！！

Отель очень чистый. Администраторы приветливые. Найти просто- в жилом доме на первом этаже, но вывеску хорошо видно с проезжей части и подьезд есть (второстепенная дорога ко входу). Брали номер на 4-х, удобный, теплый. 2 комнаты. Рекомендуем. Цена очень даже приемлемая.

一般。在一樓，不通風房間有黴味，沒吹風機，沒早餐，沒牙膏。400多一晚不值，這價格在莫斯科聖彼得堡可以住很好的了。

環境還挺不錯的，乾淨，隔音效果也好，沒聽到什麼噪音。有個公共的廚房，裏面有飲水機，桶裝水的。

我們是晚上來的，前台是一個老奶奶，超級和藹超級貼心，有公共廚房可以接熱水喝還有微波爐餐桌餐具等，酒店的工作人員基本都會説英語！！！我們定的是四人間，三張單人床➕一張床在單獨的小房間裏，每天會幫你打掃🧹，體驗感很奈斯👍🏻很推薦
