Murmansk Hotels with Airport pickup service

Отличный современный отель в самом центре Мурманска. Качество уборки отличное ( читала критические отзывы, но, к счастью, они не подтвердились). Прекрасное постельное белье, белоснежные полотенца. С напором воды в душе также все в порядке. Даже наборы для чистки зубов имеются. Ежедневно приносили две бутылки минеральной воды. Но самое главное- это совершенно потрясный завтрак. Могу сказать, что это один из лучших шведских столов за всю мою немалую историю путешествий. Скумбрия, слабосоленая треска, тефтельки, тушеная рыба. Отдельная песня- это русские пироги ( с капустой, картошкой, яблоками). Творожная запеканка, оладушки. Даже суп есть! Качество еды- просто пальчики оближешь. Огромная благодарность всей команде отеля и ресторана ( особенно тому, кто отвечает за выпечку). Я решила, что буду останавливаться в России только в отелях этой сети. Ради такого завтрака стоит поехать в путешествие! Ну и в Мурманск я тоже вернусь и остановлюсь только тут.

That hotel was the worst travel experiance ever! When i came they charged me in Cash for one nigth, even i had a prepaid booking for 2 night. Next they the key card of corse not anymore worked. But the next day i catched a crazy food poison and i wanted to get some medicin and health assistance but they refused to help as they didnt wanted to take the responsibility. At least some coal tabletts i became. Unfortunatly myself could go to any Pharmacy as i cant stay longer than 2min away from any toilet. My Russian friend tried to make them to understand that i serious need medical help. But they refused to call a doctor or ambulance it hast to be by myself. So i called the reception myself and ask for an ambulance. And she seriouslsy forwared me to restaurant. As she didnt understood anything. I called again and explaind i need an ambulace. She sayes ok please wait. 2h, 3h nothing came. My friend asked for late check out they agreed till 4pm. Which i really was glad. As i noticed at 4pm i cant move at all i called after the room mate came the front desk and ask to prolong till tomorrow and they sayed ok its possible. At 6:15pm too ladies came and sayed i need to move out as they need that room. I sayed wait i prolonged which they didnt knew. No idea whats wrong in this hotel but thats no service at all. And you can not ask for the room of the customer in worst condition. There you need to find a harder solution. Is i tried to catch my flight at 19:50 i took a taxi imidiatly as moving arround dont help at all. I booked already a flight for next day as well. which was a waist of money. And now they serious as over my touroperator for a late check out fee. Thats out of this world! Rooms actually would be quiet good but serious below anything i have ever seen!

We upgraded the room type on the last day and the room was very new and clean. The hotel breakfast is very rich.

This mini guest house consists of four rooms. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook full food. Every day breakfast is served. Two toilets do not create the need to wait in a queue. The main dignity of the ”Three Lambs” is people. The staff is very kind and responsive. After staying there, it is an impression that I have visited old friends. Thank you very much for the warm welcome of Victoria, Oxana, Svetlana and Olga, The only minus is the proximity of the shopping port, but the city center and the main attractions in the pedestrian accessibility.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the staff has been very busy. The booking of the room for us was made by the company. The contract was made to specify the conditions of stay, including information about the inclusion in the cost of breakfast. When settled 1.01 we were met by Denmark. A very friendly girl, told all the necessary information. Diverged the presence of breakfasts. However, in the morning 3.01 it turned out that there was a mistake, and the booking was made without breakfast. Everything would be nothing, but the way we learned about it is beyond any narrow notion of customer service. Lydia in an extremely hammock manner said that all of our group had booking without breakfast. Asked why the settlement told us all the opposite, she reported that it was not her problems and she did not settle us. Lydia spoke as if we had personally stolen her, and the answer to the call to understand the situation was only hammock. Therefore, I would like to wish the hotel management to teach its staff the basic standards of customer service, because Lydia has significantly damaged the whole impression.

Good day! Small, comfortable hotel. Convenient location. The city's most central area is five corners 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Also in the pedestrian access is Lenin Central Street. Public transport stop is 5 minutes from the hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms with comfortable bed, warm floor, quality repair. Rooms are cleaned constantly. Breakfast is a decent choice. Breads with different toasts, eggs, hot cake, cheese, sausage, salt, wheat, butter. Tea, coffee, milk, lemon all day. There is an opportunity to order lunch at the hotel. I bring all the packed, of 2 ch dishes, the cost of 600 rubles. It is convenient if you only arrived, for example. Staff pleasant, attentive, help to orient in the city, answer questions and requests. I had my birthday during the time of staying at the hotel. They made a presentation that is very pleasant! One small wish, install a refrigerator in common places. In Murmansk a lot of fish and local delicious food. And you have to constantly ask the staff to take the products to their refrigerator. Hotel advises to accommodate!

В отеле останавливалась с 04 по 09 июля 2022 года в рамках тура по Мурманску. Отель уютный деревянный трехэтажный, номер у меня был на втором этаже с видом на главный вход. Первое впечатление очень приятное. Номер прекрасный, с новым ремонтом, с роскошным потолком и двухспальной кроватью. Сантехника новая, все чистенькое, есть телевизор, комод, шкаф с вешалками и две тумбочки, стол и кожаное кресло, тапочки, фен, ложечка и губка для обуви. Все очень удобно. Место для сумки есть, но на уровне пола, и мне не хватило небольшой стойки для сумки (чемодана), хотя бы раскладной, на уровне наклона человека. В ванной комнате душевая кабина, под раковиной шкафчик, есть отдельный гигиенический душ, светящееся зеркало. Жаль только за время моего проживания зеркало так и не засветилось. В качестве улучшения хотелось бы большое зеркало во весь рост. В коридоре есть гладильная доска с утюгом. Персонал отзывчивый, приветливый. Хочется отметить мужчину на ресепшен, очень внимательный, помогал нам со всеми глупыми вопросами и просьбами. Жаль, я не запомнила его имя. Завтрак у меня был оплачен заранее, поэтому по утрам мне готовили на выбор омлет, блинчики или яичницу с горячим бутербродом, были еще фрукты, хлопья с молоком, йогурт или творожок. В отеле есть централизованная кухня, где можно круглосуточно пользоваться холодильником, кулером, титаном, есть чай, кофе, сахар и лимон. Территория вокруг не очень, хотя клумбы очень красивые, просто место вокруг неживописное. Зато недалеко от центра, рядом есть торговый центр, кукольный театр, автобусная остановка, магазины и кафешки. В целом мне очень понравилось, очень мило, душевно и комфортно. Спасибо большое.
