We just loved the place! That was our first ever holiday abroad, we were a little bit stress how it will be but it was just amazing! Hotel in good localisation, shops and beach around 10-15 min walk. There also was one shop in hotel. Reception staff very kind and helpful (we had issue with room-allocated us to the wrong type but it was sorted quick and with no problem), we got one bedroom apartment and looks lovely, all you need was there, great big balcony, big walk-in shower. Food choice for me was ok - I am a picky eater and I always found something good to eat. There were days when I love the food! Sweet station- oh my favourite. Lot of to choose and every day different. Children, me and husband loved the evening attraction - every night mini disco ("Mario" man, Sofia and Julia - best animators) for kids, bingo and special guests (singers, magic tricks, acrobatics etc). You can't get bored there! 2 pools + 1 pool adults only. Snack bar, drinks - everything is there. All staff (bars, restaurants) always greet you with big smile, they are sooo kind and warm. We are thinking to go back there next year!!! A little one disadvantage -sometimes smells bad in bathroom.

Truly lived up to 4 star rating. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and good selection of food. 3 pool areas one adult only meant multiple choice and always beds available in the sun no matter what time of day. Snack bar was more a mini restaurant with table service and good choice of snacks. Only karaoke on 2 nights out of 14. Tribute and speciality acts other 10 evenings. Shuttle bus into town allowing you to catch local buses to Alcudia old town, Puerto Acudia, Porto Pollensa and Can Picafort. Good room sizes and bathroom facilities. Excellent staff, food and hotel. Entertainment was excellent especially queen. Location is peefect for us. Tiny bit of work needed just to be brought back up to 4 star standard. Otherwise almost perfect. The mini golf area needs re doing but good fun.

This hotel we stayed in last 2 weeks ago was a worthwhile enjoyable holidays. I went there with my daughter, staffs are very helpful, rooms was cleaned everyday and breakfast buffet was nice . Shutter bus runs on time to the beach and the bus driver is always smiling. He is a credit for our holidays because my daughter loves taking buses. Only to say is smart TV is doesn't connect internet, you can only watch what has been recorded.

The complex was amazing so clean and tidy the apartment was brilliant spacious there were 3 big size swimming pools and baby pool the staff were very friendly there was a free shuttle bus to the shopping part but was all in walking distance the bus driver was so friendly overall I'd give it such good feed back would go again
