Had a warm welcome but was told our room wasn't available (2 bed apartment), but offered 2 separate apartments. The first night we didn't sleep due to constant "generator" type sounds. We spoke to reception and shared a video and they moved us with no hesitation. As it was further away from the noise and we slept better. Ironically we got moved into a 2 bed apartment when told it wasn't available. . The hotel was spotlessly clean, inside and out. There was a family pool and adult owner pool, again spotless. Breakfast was edible, (we only went B&B so didn't see food at meal times). They also have an onsite supermarket and a free shuttle bus down to the beach every 39 mins, there and back. Unfortunately we wouldn't return only because there wasn't much around.

Rooms good size with a balcony although little dated. Adult pool was great. Nice, clean and quiet. There was a free bus to the beach every half an hour. Drinks are very resonable priced if you dont have all inclusive. Entertainment every evening. Food was terrible. Poor quality and not much of a choice. The only nice things were pastries.

Just come back from at 2 week stay here. Excellent hotel. Rooms and bathroom excellent. Food tasty and good quality. Staff helpful and friendly. Make sure you use the Shuttle Bus to the beach. José the driver was so nice. If you are not into the night time entertainment make sure you request a quiet room away from the pool side of the hotel. The entertainment stage is outside near the pool and can to loud until nearly midnight.

3 pools, sunbeds always available. Aircon great, rooms cleaned most days (except when a 'do not disturb' sign mysteriously apoeared on our door). Staff are fab so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included food was great. Kids club, kids disco and then nightly family entertainment performances from singers or magicians and the like. Good free bus service to the beach and from there you can get a bus to Alcudia. Beware of mosquitos - spray all the time we were bitten so much I had to see a doctor. Would recommend this hotel 👍
