The hotel is perfect worth every penny will definitely do another holiday here David H is lovely we had to review him twice he was that good thank you to all the staff. If you can get out here to this hotel please do clean great food and I couldn’t be happier

The hotel is so beautiful and clean every part is up to perfect standard the food is delicious with so much option and the cocktails and drinks are all made fresh with real alcohol the staff are so friendly especially David H who always was there with exceptional service and a smile who really made our holiday special thankyou for making us feel so welcome

Carlos makes great meat! Great buffet. The rooms are poorly soundproof (especially in the Morning it can be annoying). But below our room was the delivery so it is probably calmer at other rooms. I Like The Shows they are doing every day at the Pool but on one day it took about 2 Hours which was annoying since I was planning to read a book

Amazing hotel. Excellent food. Wonderfull beach. Nothing to complainOnly what we miss is coffe machine in room. Would be nice in future. On coridor water maschine with fresh tap water. Nice idea.Next year again here., ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

This is the first time that our family of 4 have been on an all-inclusive holiday and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived and were booked into our family room until the moment we left, we could not have been happier. Let's talk about the food / drinks.... Wow. What an amazing selection! We were spoilt for choice and the quality was fabulous. We want to give a special shout out to all the AMAZING staff here. From the chefs, front of house, cleaners, entertainment etc. I really hope they're being paid a decent wage to reflect their continuous hard work and enthusiasm that we witnessed! This hotel really is a tonic for the soul. Will definitely be visiting again!

The hotel is very well located, well-thought-out infrastructure, where everyone will find something for themselves. Very delicious cuisine, repeatable breakfasts with an international selection of preferences, but dinner with a huge selection, theme and show cooking. Water dispensers every few rooms are an extremely ecological and practical idea - bravo for the idea. High-level animations - for sports, children and adults, themed evenings and guest shows. Pro tips for future guests: unfortunately, sun loungers are booked before 8 a.m., be sure to take mosquito repellents with you (due to the proximity of the lake and vegetation). The staff was amazing and room service were of a great standard, everyone was very helpful, smiling and took great care of the guests. It was our first stay in this hotel, unfortunately we are leaving tomorrow, but we will definitely come back here soon :)

Really good week’s holiday with the family in Mallorca. The hotel had great adult activities (volleyball, water polo), though I have to say the activities for our 14, 11 and 8 year olds were a bit limited. That said they had a great time in the kids pool every day. There are plenty of eateries nearby and in the hotel the buffet is enormous. We were on half board, which was a good option as we were generally not very hungry after a big breakfast, plus it allowed us the flexibility to eat outside the hotel. I’d return.
