Allsun Hotel Eden Playa

Good overall. Unfortunately, the food has deteriorated over the years. The service was good as always, as was the room cleaning. And today, a woman brazenly stole two towels in the morning—we've never experienced anything like it before.

Overall great holiday, recommended hotel. Positive: - all the employees are super nice and helpful - the rooms are large and nicely distributed - the pool is large and well-kept, there is a warm indoor pool - the beach is great, gently sloping and ideal for children, and there are only a few traders on the way - you can always find something delicious at the buffet - 10:00 p.m. is quiet in the area - no noisy and bullying English or Russians in the hotel (no, I'm not a racist, but I was able to experience impressive performances of these population groups) - sometimes 7 or more animators at work, professional and relaxed. - room cleaning impeccable - plates/cutlery was clean. No idea where dirty things could be photographed here. Everything was fine. Negative or in need of improvement: - we asked for a quiet room when booking, 2 weeks before arrival and when checking in, but were given 2111, only 30 meters from the show stage. - Buffet with very little variety. Always identical salads. Variety only in show cooking. There should be more possible. - Speaking Spanish is rather undesirable :-) All are set to 100% German - Children's club always starts at least 15 minutes late. And since the units are only 2 hours long anyway, there is not much that parents can do in the remaining time.

Very nice and modern equipment of the accommodation. Everything very clean. staff very friendly. Food varied and excellent in taste. Location is ideal right on the beach. The beach gently sloping.

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und bietet All Inklusive, fast direkt am Strand und das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es ist alles geboten, Fitnessraum, Sauna und mehrere Schwimmbecken. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber.

Insgesamt war ich positiv überrascht! Die Anlage war sauber und ansprechend. Das. Essen im Hauptrestaurant war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Allerdings waren die alkoholischen All-inclusive Getränke bis auf das Bier eigentlich nicht genießbar. Den Wein hätte ich nichtmals zum Kochen verwendet und die Cocktails waren vorgemischte Sirup-Pampe. Das Animationsprogramm war eher unprofessionell, aber die Animateure haben sich Mühe gegeben. Die absolute Ausnahme war Mike Toole, der war genial, ein absoluter Profi der sowohl gesanglich als auch an der Gitarre total überzeugt hat. Personal sehr nett. Der Strand war sehr schön, allerdings hättte das Hotel auch dort ein paar Liegen aufstellen können.
