The hotel has its best years behind it and is in dire need of an update. The location is excellent, a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and the bus stop. The apartment was spacious, at first glance comfortable. But the cushions on the sofas were stained, the curtains and drapes were dusty, the hood was stuck with adhesive tape, the bathroom had several elements past their useful life, the only shower gel dispenser was full, but not functional. Towels on arrival, one with holes and the other with dark dirty streaks. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, so you can hear absolutely everything. The "decorative" pillows on the beds are also dirty with stains. An unpleasant musty smell in the whole building with the apartments, which could not be aired out. We only had breakfast, which was adequate, although we expected more from a four-star hotel in this area. And also in the area of hygiene, prepared plates and cutlery were not sufficiently clean. The pool is in a very nice garden, which is definitely an added value. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Hotel has great potential to be much better. But it needs some work and care.

You will have to pay the hotel tourist tax on check in when you stay here at €3.30 a day per person. This is by far, the worst 4* hotel I have stayed in. It is not a 4*, not even close. No gym, no atmosphere, no extras at all. We even had to pay for towels and the safe! We went with TUI which was our first mistake as the on-site TUI rep was extremely rude, she kept rolling her eyes when I told her we got put in a room that is falling apart, the air con broke, the hairdryer didn’t work and it smells like old wet dogs. She couldn’t explain why the hotel was 4*! That says it all really. There was building work going on all around the pool and room making unbearable noise. Dragging sounds all night of chairs and tables. A loud bar directly opposite the room that blasted songs out until midnight. Our room was also on a busy main road. An engineer was called to fix the air con and just walked in the room - my partner was naked and I was in my underwear - he didn’t even leave when he saw us and just walked over to the unit (which he didn’t fix and just shrugged and said the whole hotel is the same). The shower head was filthy, there was no ice box door in the freezer, no drying rack for cups, the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work. They give you a sink and no washing up liquid. Honestly, I could go on and on. The TUI rep didn’t care, just said about moving to an equally awful room that smells just as bad. They were also overcharging for excursions you could get cheaper up the road. This was meant to be a relaxing break but it was anything but - we didn’t sleep at all, we smelled like the horrible room smell. The only thing this hotel had going for it is the fact it is close to a lovely beach, restaurants and there is a shop underneath but there is no way I’d stay in a Grupotel hotel again after this experience, it was absolutely dreadful. Save yourself the stress and stay at any other hotel nearby as they were all lovely (we went to look at them so we could change hotel but they were all booked).

We went as a family of four. Beautiful hotel staff here are really kind and helpful. The food is exceptional, we didn’t have a bad meal. There’s a chef there who is really funny and cooks most of the meat and fish every day. The room was nice and the balcony had a pretty sight of the pool. The entertainment is fun and exciting for younger ones who can join in with the singing and dancing. The beach is stunning and the sea is clear blue. It’s only a 3 minute walk down the road. They’ve got parasailing, banana boats and different types of water sports on a beach adjacent to the closest one which is only around a 10 minute walk away as well. The old town and harbour is really worth it too. There is lots of shops with nice souvenirs to buy. You can get a bus there or a little train which again, doesn’t take long either. A really worth-while holiday, really recommended!

Stayed here in august 2024. HOTEL- on first arrival in was concerned as to how the holiday would be as the hotel was a lot smaller than we are used to as a family and seemed rather quiet. however as the days past i changed my perspective, the hotel is thoroughly clean throughout, all staff are lovely, friendly and willing to help with any questions or information. BAR STAFF- very impressed with bar staff, so friendly and always seemed in a good mood and up for a chat! ENTERTAINMENT- entertainment was of a good quality, all shows were great only complaint is the atmosphere after the shows was a bit dead with the majority of people going to bed but obviously that can’t be helped and the fact that the shows/entertainment aren’t on every day. FOOD- Food was of a high quality, never had a bad meal. Not a wide selection of choice but quality over quantity. AREA- The area itself is great, in close proximity to many bars, restaurants and shops and a bus ride away from alcudia port and old town (around. €2)

To say that this hotel is fully inclusive is wrong.All drinks (excluding soft drinks) have to be paid for at dinner and evening meals ,also chargeable in the hotel bar.Even ice cream has to be paid for.It is totally unacceptable for Grupotel and Tui to advertise this hotel as fully inclusive when it is obviously not.

Spacious clean one bedroom apartment. Great location a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Staff friendly and good selection at breakfast. Pool area clean and a lot of sun beds but we were not there in high season.

Nice Hotel. Very clean. Nice breakfast. We Will Come back. Friendly staff. Very helpfuld. Not far from busstop. We had a very Nice ang relaxet hollyday. Okay pool with enough sun chairs, maby a littel to deep for not swimmers.
