Centrally located home in Murtoa, across the road from Lake Marma which every bedroom has views of. Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing. The house consists of split system air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and lounge room area, two driveways one which has undercover parking for a single vehicle. We have an undercover outdoor area with table and chairs and BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware for all your cooking needs. We will also supply some coffee, tea, sugar and milk for a night or two. The 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom home consist of- 1 X queen bed 1 X queen bed 2 X king single beds 2 single floor mattresses available upon request. All sheets and towels are supplied. While Murtoa is only 25 minutes from Horsham, and 55 mins from Halls gap in the Grampians, it is also home to the major tourist attraction being the heritage listed stick shed and the newly painted silo art.
