There's no Arabic-speaking staff to communicate with. The towels smell bad. It takes an hour to get your order, and sometimes it doesn't even arrive. It seems like a specific nationality is running the place.

The service was excellent, and the staff welcomed us warmly and treated us very well. On the second day, they brought us water, toothbrushes, soap, and coffee, and tidied and cleaned the place for free.

Please address the smell in the hallways and consider installing automatic air fresheners to eliminate the musty odor. The rooms are good, but the breakfast needs more variety.

The location is quite convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping mall where you can find all sorts of food and drinks. It's an old hotel, so you can definitely see its history. The staff is friendly, and the cleaning is decent. Overall, for the price, it's a recommendable stay.

Nice hotel and clean throughout. Breakfast was excellent. Room layout exceptional. Didn't get much communication from the reception staff so can't comment. Location was good near Lulu supermarket and a shopping mall. Cleaners only left fresh linen only when requested and even then left very limited towels for the 3 of us.
