Hotel staff is very polite and prompt. Check-in and check-out was hastle free. The ambience and the view from the hotel is one of the best in Mussorie.The hotel offers magnificient view of the Doon valley with amazing sunrise and sunset views from the Valley View balcony room.

Beautiful heritage property. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Will definitely visit again. Very warm and helpful staff. The valley facing rooms were beautiful as was the grand ornate staircase. Enjoyed the evening high tea and the game if tombola as well.

Great experience in this hotel. Excellent location,very near and walking distance to shopping. I was lucky to be upgraded to a superior room with window. The hotel provided breakfast,lunch and dinner was also very good.The staff services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. I am very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much and I will back.

We were pampered and taken care of by the staff so well that we were highly impressed. There were many staff who in their own capacities made us feel special, so we were delighted with the love and affection shown to us by Ramada team. They made our stay memorable and grateful

Excellent stay among excellent people. Would like to visit again for another visit in same property. Enjoyed a lot our buisinee trip. Sightseeing was amazing. Food and service was good. Team member of hotel are very helpful and amazing in hospitality.

Room Service was Very Good 5 out of 5 points . Location is also very Good. 4.5 out of 5. Evenings could have been more special by DZ Dance Floor.. Staff was very Polite specially Paridhi Mam & Shubham.. Evening Tambola and Complimentary snacks are good Time pass.. Free Kids Table Tennis Activity was also very enjoyable. Bathroom were very Neat and Clean.

I would say it was the most wonderful exprience of my family. Excellent ambience and my favourite was food especially breakfast a lot of variety amazing flavours . Also customer service whnever we had any issues one call and staff was right on door Overall, best hotel in mussorie
