Great service. Food was good. The staff was very helpful. The best staff member was Neha. The chef Rajendra was also gud. Akanksha in the staff was gud. Rooms are nice. Washrooms were great. Spa and swimming pool services were also great. Overall the hotel is gud.

Mosaic Musoorie We had a really pleasant stay The staff was really co-operative especially Chef Rajendra were very support and hands on with all the assistance we needed The Chinese food was delectable and the vibes of the Hotel were peaceful.. And the sunset was very relaxing to see Looking for our next visit to Musoorie, we shall surely stay ..

Its was wonderful stay in Mosaic, Mussoorie, plenty of variety in breakfast, good in taste, hot water pool rated this hotel more than 4 star, 5 star hotel amenities, all the staff is very cooperative and friendly starting from Mr Pankaj Singh good in Morning tracking very friendly, front desk staff Ms Tanvi and Mr Pankaj Thanks to Mr Harish Head Chef and very special thanks to Mr Sudhanshu for arranging birthday party of my Daughter, overall its awesome and comfortable stay, thanks to Mr Hemant GM

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Mosaic in Mussoorie! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the hotel offered breathtaking views of the Doon valley, especially from the open Bar area. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location was perfect – peaceful yet close to Mall Road, making it easy to explore the town. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mussoorie!

It was nice to visit here. Everything was good. The view abd the decoration all was perfect. Hope will come again for a good time. Reception also god with nice staff. Food also good . Comfortable trip I made with this hotal . Pool also great but we did not use it.

Rooms are neat and clean We can explore many things. Play room for kids. Swimming pool..bon fire...good place to come with family .... washroom have good brand liquid hand ..shower gel.its nice lovely place to explore

It was our second time and it was refreshing again..Even first time it was awesome, I will highly recommend for this hotel. The location of the hotel is so nice with awesome view. The staff members were all very helpful and warm in nature..

The property was very neatly maintained , when you’re planning with family pls. Don’t think second thoughts. You have to stay at mosaic. It’s in hart of the town and you can easily accesses all location. All staff are very kind and good services . Especially Mr Robin, Mr Kankakee and Mr Praveen, Overall very good experience and we had enjoyed our stay.
