It was nice to visit here. Everything was good. The view abd the decoration all was perfect. Hope will come again for a good time. Reception also god with nice staff. Food also good . Comfortable trip I made with this hotal . Pool also great but we did not use it.

Rooms are neat and clean We can explore many things. Play room for kids. Swimming pool..bon fire...good place to come with family .... washroom have good brand liquid hand ..shower gel.its nice lovely place to explore

It was our second time and it was refreshing again..Even first time it was awesome, I will highly recommend for this hotel. The location of the hotel is so nice with awesome view. The staff members were all very helpful and warm in nature..

Best hotel at best location.. Chef Rajendra was amazing , so helpful that he prepared special dish as per our requirements. Staff Sanjay was extremely humble …100 out of 100…best thing about this hotel is the charcoal restaurant as its located at the top floor with amazing view of mountains.. just loved it

Amazing experience.... Hotel is perfectly located on Mall Road, rooms are beautiful, staff gives you a warmth experience of their hospitality. Breakfast was delicious. Heated swimming pool made my little ones day. Most importantly the hotel has its own parking which keeps you relaxed from the hustle bustle traffic and parking issues at Mall rd. It was a wonderful experience and memorable one. The only thing we missed is the View room due to high occupancy, hopefully we get one during our next visit. Keep up the good work team. Perfect location, perfect property, perfect food, perfect ambience. Kid enjoyed the temperature controlled pool the most. Great hospitality by the staff. Only thing which was of little concern was parking arrangement, but thats manageable in this location.

This was our second visit to Mussoorie, and we decided to stay at Mosaic once again because of our enjoyable experience during our previous trip. We noticed some improvements around the reception area, which enhanced the welcoming vibe of the hotel. Just like our first visit, our stay was wonderfully comfortable, and we found the food to be exceptional—each meal was delicious. The staff provided excellent hospitality, ensuring that we felt right at home throughout our stay. There were several aspects of our experience that we particularly appreciated: * The hotel’s prime location at the beginning of Mall Road was a huge advantage. It made parking our car convenient, and we loved being able to stroll to the mall whenever we wanted, exploring the local shops and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. * My daughters were thrilled with the heated pool, which was a perfect way for them to relax and have fun. They were also delighted by the variety of delicious breakfast options available each morning. Overall, our stay at Mosaic was filled with wonderful memories, and we look forward to returning in the future.
