The room were clean and nice…..the hospitality, room service is excellent!! Decent breakfast and with good options! Has a big parking space which is a plus point!! Overall nice experience if you want something near Mall Road with parking space as well!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Awesome Location,Quick Service, Courteous Staff and Delicious Food.Best place to stay in Mussorie.We visited this place in March 2025 and found the place to have a majestic view of the Himalayan mountains. It is a must visit for anyone travelling to Mussorie.

If you are coming with family, just stay here and forget all ur worries. Whole facilities here are awesome. They will make your trip memorable. Best hospitality. Special appreciation for Mr. Ajay Singh at dining served best food with good service

Hi we family of 11 stayed at Vishnu Palace hotel at Mussoorie and we had great time here. Rooms were good , food was tasty and breakfast spread was good. There was live music in the evening where we enjoyed. Mall Road was only 100 meters away.Thanks Ankit for all your help while doing reservations. One small suggestion, please keep hand towel in the washroom. Thanks we will stay here again. Meenakshi Ramani

Staff was very polite and very quick service. I have Taken Himalayan View Room but there is Big PILLER in the room so I cant enjoy the view. In food quality was good. But for Jain food There is less option compare to Non Jain. You must provide the equal amount of option for Jain food.

The best part of this hotel is it's Location. Very close to Mall road. Also, the view from the Superior Himalayan Room is spectacular. Rest, everything is downhill. The rooms are tacky, old. The washroom is too small, smelly and they do not provide you with hand towels or Toilet paper. The food is absolutely average and they tend to cancel the buffet when the crowd is less and you are asked to order Ala carte which is informed at the last moment. Not worth the money spent!

Wonderful experience for a stay in the hotel. Great hospitality. Very polite and helpful staff, especially himanshu. Excellent location of the hotel. Best part is parking inside the hotel. Just a walking distance to library/gandhi chowk.
