We absolutely loved the interior designs of these cave rooms, they are all very unique. Having a jacuzzi in the room was a great bonus, we visited Cappadocia in December so it was lovely going into the hot water after being outside. Really large breakfast was provided every morning and Ahmet the manager was super helpful with any recommendations in the region. I can highly recommend staying here if you're visiting.

The hotel was very good in everything. Hotel managers and staff were very attentive and responded to our every request immediately. Rooms; It was perfect, especially with its cave rooms concept and warmth. The fact that it was spotlessly clean is another detail. You should also try their food, especially testi kebabs.

I visited the hotel, which I made a reservation for 2 days and paid by EFT on the first day, around 8 pm and it was filthy, there was a pin on the bedside table, it was obvious that someone had stayed there from last night, the WC was filthy, even another customer's buckle was lying on the floor, and worst of all, there were hairs on the duvet cover. Don't be fooled by these comments like me. Apparently they hired a man to make these comments. The location was very bad anyway. I couldn't get my money back, they said let's send you to another room and there was someone else's teacup in the room and there was dried urine in the WC. I said, "I'll get the money back for tomorrow night, give me half the money for tonight and give the domestos, I'll clean it up, but we couldn't come to an agreement." After calling consumer rights and learning about my rights, I called the gendarmerie to file a report. I was left out in the open all night, barely able to find a hotel.

I have been to Nevşehir many times before, but Mustapaşa has a different atmosphere. You can have a warm holiday on a winter day with a peaceful, comfortable, clean accommodation, a delicious breakfast and a view with plenty of photographs in this beautiful family business.
