June 2022, I spend five nights in this nice but inexpensive hotel, plus I had five breakfasts. I can only say the best about Hotel Ebnet. It’s located in a very calm suburb of the city of Mannheim, where you feel safe outside and where you can rest and relax in a very quiet room. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. And the breakfast buffet is well varied and substantial. So you can feed up on a tasty breakfast for a long day out on your excursions. The hotel owners and staff are all very nice people. Unfortunately I didn’t eat at their restaurant because I had been away with friends all night, but the place looks nice and comfy, and if the dishes are as good as the breakfast is, which I don’t doubt, you sure won’t regret it.

I just left from Hotel… it’s terrible. Really do not recommend at all. Extremely unpleasant person in the reception… I’m preaching sure owner but he didn’t introduce himself informed me that there is no breakfast and he was totally disappointed that I complained. “Did not get a breakfast and have a problem with… such a a big deal, no breakfast”… Wow, never happened to me before! A… btw… I’ve paid breakfast at booking at Egencia.

Stornierung führt zum Vollverlust! Der bei der Reservierung angegebene Betrag wird abgebucht, auch wenn mehrere Tage vor dem Übernachtungstermin und damit sehr rechtzeitig eine Stornierung abgegeben wurde! - VORSICHT: VOLLER VERLUST!

Hotel geboekt via ***********. Op de pagina van Ebnet bij *********** wordt NERGENS vermeld dat donderdag Ruhetag is. Derhalve die dag geen restaurant of bar (service). Toen wij de beheerder aanspraken hierover kregen wij een zeer onvriendelijk, bijna grof antwoord dat het wėl op de site staat en dat we dan maar beter hadden moeten kijken. Ja, achteraf vind je het op hun eigen website maar NIET bij *********** waar je dan een boeking doet voor een donderdag. Op de kamer is niets aan te merken maar de klantvriendelijkheid is ver beneden peil.

Ursprünglich haben wir in Speyer nach einem Hotelzimmer gesucht die uns aber zu teuer waren. Daraufhin sind wir auf dieses Hotel gestoßen. Kleines Zimmer aber völlig ausreichend. Schöner Biergarten den wir abends noch einmal besuchen wollten, aber dieser war schon beschlossen. Daraufhin wurden wir gefragt ob wir noch einen Wein mit aufs Zimmer nehmen wollen. Schönes großes Frühstücksbuffet und für jeden was dabei und bei schönem Wetter haben wir gefragt ob wir draußen frühstücken können und dies wurde sofort umgesetzt. Sollten wir noch mal in diese Ecke kommen würden wir bestimmt noch mal dort schlafen.
