Excellent customer service. The food was AMAZING throughout our stay! Staff (including the manager) went over and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. They have a huge space with variety of things to do (we barely needed to go outside the hotel). We will definitely go back!

My stay at Malaika Beach resort was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and genuinely seemed to go above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Any request I had was met with a smile and promptly addressed. The hotel itself is beautiful and meticulously maintained. My room was spotless, spacious, and very well-appointed, with all the amenities I could wish for. The common areas were equally impressive, offering a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. However, the real highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the lake view, and the swimming pool with the lake view. The food was delicious. I will definitely be back again.

Had an excellent stay at Malaika with family. The service was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and an excellent view of Lake Victoria was there from the balcony. The food was awesome and everything else were just perfect.

Rooms are really comfortable and able to work without distractions. Food is always great and tasty especially the platter. Location is superb next to the lake watching kingfishers dive for food. Staff and security always well turned out and represent the hotel with their presence. Only downside was the tv was reset and couldn’t access the internet on it to watch any Netflix.

Lovely grounds with birds, flowers, lily pads and a gorgeous pool overlooking the lake. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is elaborate and atmosphere is peaceful. Close to airport so an prime location to recover from tiring air travel or prior to departing from Tanzania.

Check-in was quick, and the staff greeted me with a warm welcome, which made me feel right at home. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, and I will definitely return. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay

Food is good and great value for money, Breakfast spread is amazing, and Restaurant food is excellent. Overall experience Hotel was exceptional,best hotel in town , staff are friendly, best hotel in mwanza, lake view from the room is superb
