The hotel upgraded our room for free. The room was tidy and clean. Because it was the off-peak tourist season, most of the restaurants on the island were closed. We ordered food at the hotel in the evening. The food tasted really good, especially the yogurt. We left the next day. The hotel also specially arranged free airport drop-off service. The service was in place and I was satisfied!

This was my second visit to the beautiful Palladium hotel and once again they didn’t disappoint! The hotel is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the cleanliness is outstanding but what makes this hotel above and beyond is the impeccable staff. Thanos and his team cannot do enough to make your stay absolutely perfect! The service received from the pool staff to the restaurant staff, Georgia on reception and the efficient and polite drivers was just outstanding. The location is perfect and the breakfast is divine. Do not hesitate to book this hotel - simply the best! I will definitely be back again 😊

Excellent Hotel with sea view a few steps from Ornos Bay. Super nice staff, large room, quite varied breakfast overlooking the pool and the sea. I absolutely recommend it, excellent value for money!

For a reason the Tagoo hotel achieves the highest level of favourable reviews. This hotel is simply the best. I have never written a review of any hotel in which I have spent my vacation because none have made such a big impression on me. I am a solo woman traveler and I attach great importance to the issue of safety. The people working in the hotel and above all the two wonderful women at the reception desk made sure that I felt as good as possible in the hotel. I am an active person, so I chose several trips from those recommended by the concierge, Kate always asked me if I was satisfied and if a given trip met my expectations. I usually spent the evenings at the hotel bar tasting simple but very tasty dishes. I will definitely come back here, especially to meet the people again, but also to enjoy these wonderful sea views ...

The hotel is very comfortable. My room faces the sea view and the windmill. The staff is polite. The hotel breakfast is very good. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center. I am very satisfied with the experience of booking a room on Ctrip this time.

The hotel offered a first-rate service and upgraded my room to one with a pool. Although I don't like Mykonos, this hotel indeed offers the most satisfying service in my trip to Greece, which is much better than the hotel of 8k per night at Santorinion.

A very good hotel, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Raymond, who is a driver or a porter, especially warm and busy, can't rest, drive, and take luggage. We booked 2 baht, but because the hotel was booked separately, the hotel could not give the same room. I was also very surprised. However, I was given a free upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite on the first night, which is very good! There is a Bluetooth stereo, the balcony has a jacuzzi, and it is the sea. Compared to the second one, it is not so high-end, but it will sleep for one night. The toiletries are Apitica, I brought it back, but I feel that they are not doing it in good health, so I will take it. The hotel has its own swimming pool and the breakfast buffet is very good. It can be eaten from 7 o'clock to 11 o'clock. Bring a child plus 40 Euros. The beach near the hotel is more upscale, and there are restaurants and bars. The other beach is a bit far away, but the hotel can pick you up in the free car to pick you up and see if the driver is free. The lounge chairs over there are free and there are good restaurants nearby. Finally, the traffic, of course, is not so convenient than the urban area, but the hotel is more secluded environment! The new terminal should be taken by bus or sea bus to the old pier, and then take the bus to the right hand ramp of the bus stop at the hotel entrance. This train is relatively small and must be optimistic. The hotel has a free shuttle to the city every day at 12 o'clock and 9 pm. Finally, you can make an appointment to go to the terminal and the airport shuttle bus. The car we ordered for the new terminal was 15 euros, and the price was also good, because there were too few bus shifts, and I was afraid of the boat.

Myself and a friend booked this hotel pretty last minute after seeing such great reviews. It certainly did not disappoint, every member of staff in this hotel is incredible!! They couldn’t be anymore helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff who are available 24/7 via what’s app to book taxis arrange items needed to be brought to the room nothing is a problem, Extra special thanks to Costas the F&B manager. Not enough words can be said about this man he sincerely can not do enough for you, we have never experimented service like it. We were so happy and enjoyed our stay that we extended by an extra night, the hotel gave us a cheaper rate than we could find online and also upgraded our room (our original room was incredible) to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony!! This will be the only hotel we stay at in mykonos, couldn’t recommend enough we have told all our family, friends and colleagues the same. Book book book, you will not be disappointed

Absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived: we were treated like royalty. Our hosts could not do enough for us: from sharing recommendations to booking taxis and checking we have everything we need. We were greeted in such a warm and friendly way from all staff. A sunset welcome drink was just perfect. The room was brand new with tasteful decor and Mykonos style. We had a lovely view of the coast. The room has a chilled vibe with music and stunning views. Very Instagrammable- if that’s what you’re in to. The location is deal. So close to the airport, with transfers courtesy of the hotel. Also a 5-10 walk in to town with all of the bars and restaurants. Yes, the walk down is busy in terms of the road, but it’s really not an issue and not as bad as I was expecting. You just have to be careful and it’s the price you pay for such a top location. We took taxis to some of the clubs and reception were excellent at arranging this, as taxis are scarce on the island.
