Warning scam: I booked a stay from August 7 to 10, I paid in full, I received a message from the hotel with details about our arrival then a few hours after having collected the total amount of the stay, I had an email with a change of dates!! My stay had been moved to September while I arrive on site this Wednesday! Laconic message indicating that if the new dates do not suit me (that's an understatement) I can exceptionally request a refund!! No but I dream! and now I have to wait 12 days to recover the funds paid... and I have to find another hotel. This is really a pitiful way of doing things!
