We have been coming to Mykonos for several years now - this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in on the island. We stayed in room Kea (One of two with a larger pool) - the decor is chic, there are lots of nice touches like complimentary toiletries and the bed and pillows were of great quality. The private pool and terrace were exceptional and, whilst backing onto a road, felt private. The breakfast was perfect and we were able to stock up daily without needing to eat again until the evening time. Location is perfect - close to the airport and walking distance to the lovely supermarket by there, and a short bus journey into Mykonos town (€2 direct from the hotel entry). We did occasionally use taxi’s which were expensive but needs must. The staff at the Aegean are fabulous - so helpful and kind. Our return flight was delayed - we were offered our room for an additional 4 hours with no cost as well as access to shower facilities behind the gym later in the day before we left. Although we only came home yesterday, we are already planning our visit for next year and without doubt will be returning to Aegean Hospitality!

I personally can not thank the staff more at the agean, whilst staying it was also my birthday they worked with my partner to add the smallest of touches to make our stay amazing. Reading some of the the reviews honestly makes no sense as my experience couldn’t of been any different… •We arrived decided to walk from the airport, it’s a very easy route 10min, totally personal choice if you want to save money. • We we greeted by Elena who was fanatic very friendly, explained the hotel, breakfast, any bus stops, food, locations. Offered us both water and drinks. • Room one was very clean, and the pool was one of the smaller they had we thought we were getting something bigger, we spoke to them and they agreed to move us after one night. • Next morning they personally showed us two rooms before moving us, again perfectly clean, tidy. My hair is long and I was worried about the showers but I didn’t experience any problem with either rooms with showers over flowing?! •Pool was clean, bean bags are comfortable, Pool does face a road but you are hidden by the bushes that grow along side, only why people can see you is if there in a high vehicle, considering it was august it did get busy at peak time but nothing major that at all would put you off. • My birthday my partner organised with them a cake, flowers & after our day trip out I came back to a banner and balloons on the bed also. •Breakfast is basic but it’s enough! you have plenty to choose from, they make it clear that you can mix and match and you can personally choose what you do and don’t want. • They do! Replenish toiletries if not just ask! • Water we always go and buy big 6 pack in any hot country, you can not just live on a small single bottle. There is a fridge in the room grab some of your fav drinks & keep a supply! • only animal we came across was our last night and a centipede from outside came in not a cockroach. • higher a quad bike if your staying in peak season, out of season get a car! • bus picks you up outside hotel for either Mykonos town or the other way to beach club paradise. For the price with a private pool it was perfect, absolutely perfect, you can not fault how friendly the staff are and accommodating. Highly recommend to everyone! This was our second time in Mykonos and the first was at a higher end with a private pool, this has exceeded expectations. We actually got engaged during the stay in Mykonos, I am sentimental and the flowers my partner gave to me at our proposal, I took the ribbon and pins out to bring home, at the airport I realised I hadn’t packed them, He rang the hotel, they found them and have sent them from Mykonos to London. - I don’t know any hotel that would actually go out there way to do that. Thank you so so much agean! We will definitely be returning! Thank you, Steph & Danny

Antonis and his staff welcomed me with extraordinary kindness. Every day attentive and attentive to the needs of guests. They gave me a lot of advice on how to best experience the island. The location is a paradise. The well-kept room, always clean and with impeccable breakfast service. I had a really great time and will be back next year. I felt at home. Thanks to Eleni, Jacob, Johnny, Chrisaugi, Jason and Antonis ... you are a great family.

On my recent Stay July 23-July 27 2022, we had multiple horrible experiences with Aegean Hospitality "Luxury Hotel". On July 23rd we arrived to our room with the shower filled with mud, dirt and human hair. We have many images to prove this dirt. When these images were shown to Hotel manager Antonis, he blamed the dirty shower to the fact that Mykonos was an island with a lot of wind (whatever that means). On July 27th we had a cockroach in our room which we killed and tossed outside in a hotel towel. When these images were shown to Hotel manager Antonis, he claimed we took a hotel towel outside, and chased a cockroach in efforts to get a refund which is extremely insulting and shocking. To add to our horrible experience, when all this was presented to Antonis after our stay in efforts to receive compensation, he threatened LEGAL ACTION .. I cannot emphasis how scary it is to deal with him - do yourself a favour, find somewhere else to stay on the beautiful island of Mykonos

Absolutely despicable experience, this hotel is beyond dirty, there are cockroaches in the rooms, major plumbing issues with both the shower and toilet, the cleanliness is a serious, serious issue. The staff on sight are extremely accommodating and kind, although the receptionist lacked knowledge to say the least. The hotel manager (who is never around for any assistance whatsoever) is a dishonest, rude and unhelpful threatening person. Avoid this spot at all costs & save yourself & your vacation!

We were excited to stay here on our honeymoon, and while there were some positives, we unfortunately left feeling rather disappointed. Pros: + the lady at the reception was really helpful when we checked in, giving us loads of recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. She was definitely one of the best things about our stay as her recommendations were excellent! + the outdoor area is lovely - comfy beanbags and nicely presented with a private pool. We didn’t mind it overlooking a busy road as we quickly got used to the noise. + we were given a selection of local menus from which we could order food. We loved having gyros on our private terrace and thought this was such a good idea from the hotel to get around them not having a kitchen. Cons: - the room was a bit shabby: paint chipped off the wall, a shower that overflowed after about 3 mins, and two single beds pushed together instead of a double - drinking water is only available on the first day which was not made clear to us. We would have expected a refill of drinking water in a so called ‘high-end’ hotel. Only after getting back from a beach club when the nearby supermarket was closed did we find out, which was pretty inconvenient. We could have easily picked some up if they had informed us prior that we would not be getting any more water. - the breakfast was really not great. Probably the most unlovingly prepared Greek salad we’ve ever had - literally just the raw ingredients thrown in, not even chopped up and no dressing. There was not much variety, and what we did get wasn’t great quality such as the overly sweet bread and packets of chocolate cereal with no milk that we had to eat dry. And the wooden cutlery did not make it feel like a ‘luxury’ hotel. The yoghurts were nice though! - The lack of attention to detail did not give us the luxury feeling we had hoped for - no welcome drink, no flannels or robes, our toiletries were not replenished despite having ran out, and we had to pay a deposit to get beach towels. - one of the light fittings was loose and fell on my partners head. We understand accidents happen but the lady we told did nothing, and we had to ring reception again to ask them to clear it up. We were shocked at the end to be charged 50 euros for this. Luckily the nice lady at reception helped us by speaking to the manager on our behalf who agreed to waive the fine, but we felt we deserved an apology rather than being fined! We loved Mykonos so decided to extend our stay, but moved to another hotel which was a similar price point but had all the luxuries mentioned above, was much nearer to the centre and overall a much higher level of service.
