Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, nos ofeceram um vale drink no check-in. Durante toda nossa estadia não tivemos água quente, reclamamos mas ainda assim, era um problema geral.

Overall thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Axel Mykonos. On first night of arrival there was a drag artist … loud, but flamboyant … but this didn’t go on too late into night, so no noise disturbance for sleep after 11pm. Overall the hotel was quiet, relaxed, and staff friendly. Breakfast food offer was good. Stayed in one of the suites with pool. This private pool wasn’t really ‘private’ as overlooked by an open walkway and twice had other guests looking through a small open space! Overall enjoyed the stay, however it was constantly windy … this being a Mykonos thing … it never stopped! … mostly a forceable breeze but on occasions some pretty strong gusts … wasn’t the most relaxing aspect of the stay!

Excellent service, very friendly staff I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a more relaxing place to stay in Mykonos that has a hint of partying as well! The facilities are excellent the breakfast was 10/10 and the gym also was one of my personal favorites. Overall I loved this hotel and I’m looking forward to coming again!

Axel Mykonos is a perfect mix of style, comfort and fun! The rooms are modern and spotless, the pool area is stunning and the atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing. The staff goes above and beyond, making us feel special. Something that really made the difference. Ideal for a luxurious and lively Mykonos escape.

A special thank you to Teo and Apostolos for the genuine smiles and caring. Whether you are by the pool or out exploring Axel Mykonos is a perfect spot to enjoy Mykonos. Exceptional service, and an outstanding experience. The rooms were very clean and beautifully designed and the pool area was a top relaxing spot! It wasn't just a place to stay but a whole experience. We can't wait to come back and definitely recommend it! Thank you for everything!

The hotel is fantastic, we were given a complimentary upgrade and the room cam with a pool. The staff from reception to the restaurant/bar staff were superb! Some of the best hospitality I’ve seen in a hotel. We will definitely be coming back.
