I booked this hotel because the air conditioner in the room booked by baba next door was broken, and there was no electricity before, and the transportation was inconvenient, so I directly booked the San Marco next door.
The design of the hotel is quite good, but the service is not very considerate, especially the glasses are missing near the swimming pool. I asked the staff at the front desk and the pool bar, and when they heard that something was missing, they immediately said nothing. "Please, I just need your help to find it. I didn't say who is the thief." The hotel staff didn't even ask a question or say help to find it." Very disappointed. Although the hotel has a shuttle and a swimming pool, it is better than the baba next door, but the service quality needs to be improved. Compared with the service concept of a five-star hotel, you need to think about the guests.

This "resort" is a cluster-f, most rooms you need a car to get you and your luggage to the room as some are .22 miles from resort check in counter! One or two maximum outlets per room, most kings have one box spring that supports two matrasses on top, no lights on the outside of the room or signs at night so good luck finding your assigned room in the dark, salt-water pools. The building numbers are numbered accordingly, starting at the lowest level, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 6 at the top, perhaps they were built and numbered by 2nd graders? Breakfast buffet was very poor, I wouldn't feed it to a wild animal! The did have a free shuttle to the town area, WOW!

To say my family and I enjoyed the delights of this beautiful place is an epic understatement. The staff were amazing and our daughter made a new friend in Nicoletta who really looked after us. Thanos was always on hand to provide service for the “princesses”. And countless others made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast was a daily joy, my wife enjoyed Prosecco before 9. The buffet was always beautifully presented, and consumed, unrushed by the pool with views overlooking the sea. My mind goes back to those breakfasts with the family. Quality time in a relaxed location with happy memories forever etched. We had dinner at the hotel three times. The food and wine were priced reasonably considering the quality and efforts that had clearly gone into creating this “high end” restaurant. Again, the staff had the balance of distance and interaction perfectly balanced. Thank you all, again! The whole experience was wonderful and is one I hope to repeat again one day.

I was very undecided about this hotel. Their website does make it look amazing and luxuries, but after reading reviews, was not expecting it to be as they said. I was right, and agree with some of the other reviews, this is not a 5 star hotel and they do need to update the website as the pictures they show are for the Epic Blue private villas. The 'vibe' feels like a motel rather than a hotel. Rooms are tired and need updating, pool area was the same with broken sunbeds and crumbling paving around the pool. Breakfast was the same every day, staff were not very attentive, anything you must ask. Beware, the free shuttle bus is stressful. Only 19 seater but there were more people wanting to catch it than there was room for, no queuing system in place so be prepared to fight for a place back from town, people were sitting on knees and standing etc. I would advise to go with an open mind to the hotel and do not believe all you see on their website.

We stayed last year and again this month! The views are spectacular and the rooms are spacious and clean. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of town and only 10-15 minutes using the free shuttle service. The food was great as always! At breakfast, the fresh fruit, yogurt and honey and bougatsa/other greek pastries are a must try. Our dinner was better than in town. Thank you to Nicoletta, Maria, Dimitri and Vassili for a truly wonderful stay. See you next year!

Be warned ⚠️ the Hotel is very misleading from the photos as most are from the seperate villa zone, that saying it's a delightful setting with a decent location 10mins from Town with a nice complementary shuttle service.. Breakfast : Below average quality , all the hot serving food is cold, staff are inattentive and slow. Lunch : Decent food but in consistent, again staff slow not interested and we had to ask for absolutely every extra and service , ie: placemats, salt, pepper, cheese for pasta, napkins etc Room : Tired 20 years out of date, half the comforts missing from listing, uncomfortable beds and not cleaned well (hair everywhere) In a nutshell for over 300euros a night this hotel was half empty in peak season, there is a reason for this!! IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!

Exceptional choice for a value for money hotel in Mykonos. Should try more to justify in full its 5 stars; still it consists a very reasonable and dissent choice for a clean stay, polite service, big rooms and all day room service, excellent view, medium size pool, basic but good breakfast. EV charger is available as well. They offer also new rooms with private pools at higher cost. Would consider as a top value for money hotel choice in Mykonos
