Radisson Blu Euphoria Resort, Mykonos

This is my third year staying at this hotel — and not by chance. What keeps bringing me back is the exceptional team behind it all. From the hotel manager to the housekeeping staff, everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. Their warm smiles, attention to detail, and outstanding service make every stay special. It’s rare to find such consistency and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone who values comfort and truly caring service.

Stunning sea view that left a great impression during our first stay.The staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was tasty and varied. Housekeeping was done twice a day, which was a lovely touch. A Special thanks goes to Elsa, her smile and positive energy made our stay unique.The room was large with a comfortable bed mattress. There is a beautiful beach 300 meters down.

Our overall stay was just OK. Unfortunately, we did not receive the suite we had booked and paid for at check-in. Instead, we were given a smaller room, and the staff insisted it was a “free upgrade,” which was not true. It took two days and multiple frustrating discussions with reception before they finally moved us to the correct room. This issue really affected our mood and wasted valuable vacation time. While other aspects of the hotel were decent, this experience left us feeling disappointed and undervalued as guests. Thank you to Elsa and the staff for their kindness and for doing their best to make things better.

Check in process was smooth thanks to Elsa (Guest relations). In the evening we requested for for late checkout by 1pm and we were told by the Reception that we can checkout anytime before 2pm. However the next morning at 11:45 when we arrived for breakfast (breakfast was till 12pm at the hotel) we were hounded by Eva and Maria at the reception to checkout at 12pm. When I told them that I had already spoken for late checkout and would leave by 1pm, I was told that no late checkout can be given and the person at the reception last evening made a mistake. I told Maria and Eva that its impossible for us to finish our breakfast and checkout in 15 min however they were overtly Rude and refused to bulge. I asked to meet the General Manager however I was told he is not available. On my hurried checking out at around 12:30 I promised Maria and Eva to leave the present review giving the correct facts and regarding their Rude and inhospitable behavior. Perhaps due to this I was charged 3 times for the same stay. Radisson Mykonos though a wonderful property, it seemed to me that the Hotel is running by owner appointed management and the persons appointed (Specially Maria and Eva) are incapable, inhospitably and lack the ethos of a Radisson run hotel.

This hotel is located (to my opinion) in the best beach of Mykonos. My room had exceptional sea view, incredible quiet and so relaxing. I'll be back for sure. I recommend to everyone wants to relax.
