We booked the Presidential Suite at Raganta central javaji from 9th May -11th May expecting a premium and comfortable stay. Sadly, our experience was marred by multiple issues that remained unresolved. Upon check-in, the room had a strong gutter/sewage odor, making it uninhabitable. We were asked to open the window, while they sprayed room freshner and asked us to sleep. Whole night was unimaginable. We were shifted to a different suite, next day, but that room had its own problems — the jacuzzi delivered small electric shocks, which was a serious safety concern, as my kids were using it and the bathroom was clogged, causing water to pool on the floor. While the hotel manager waived a food and drink bill of approximately ₹3000 to compensate , no refund or adjustment was offered on our room charges, despite the clear impact on comfort and safety. On a positive note, the staff remained courteous throughout. Specially Pravallika. However, better maintenance, guest safety protocols, and fairer compensation policies are needed to meet the standards expected of such a premium property. I am open to further communication should the management wish to resolve this fairly.
