We had a very comfortable stay at La Ruchi the Prince. Location is very good. No traffic noise. Mr. Murali was very helpful and arranged everything well to make us feel comfortable. We were part of a wedding party. We all were treated well. Rooms are comfortable. Room service was prompt. Morning breakfast was amazing. Live kitchen was exceptional. Hotel is very spacious and the staff is very courteous. We enjoyed our stay. We wish a wonderful future for this hotel.

We had a family gathering of 16 persons from 15th to 17th Nov. We have been in touch with the management - Mr. Bharath form July 24 through the booking process, a visit to the Hotel before the gathering and some clarifications / alterations to bookings etc. He was always helpful, reassuring and made us feel comfortable that our stay in the Hotel Ruchi would be good. From the moment various families started gathering on 15th Nov they were extremely well attended to by Mr. Murlidahara and all the staff. A special mention that Mr. Muralidhara was extremely helpful through out our stay and was like a member of the family in arranging all our needs - which were many throughout. Hotel Ruchi's USP is all its staff - from the guards, the front desk and reception, house keeping, restaurant and bar. They were always polite and helpful but importantly were open to feedback and immediate action. I would rate staff and service 10/10. When all in the hotel was taken care of we had the luxury of enjoying our short family gathering without any worries of logistics. We had most of our meals at the restaurant and that was good again primarily because of the service. The credit to service must go to the management and I hope they continue their training or however they deliver such excellent service. Some Tips: 1. Provide larger bottles of water, keep the water filter more accessible near the lifts for refill and shift to glass or stainless steel jugs. 2. Keep more coffee and tea pouches 3. Towel and sheets do to have to be changed every day unless the guests specifically request

Property was top notch hygiene, well maintained from every corner of the room we stayed, special regards to housekeeping for keeping it so clean and tidy, I'd highly recommended this Hotel Le Ruchi The Prince for people visiting Mysore for a luxury and affordable stay. Specially if you are celebrating special occasion, Mr Prathish makes it even more beautiful with surprises and his skills to make the occasion memorable. Guys, thank you so much for hosting.

I recently stayed at hotel Le Ruchi and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle free. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

I must say, it was great staying at Hotel Le Ruchi the Prince. Staff had excellent welcoming attitude Specially, Nicolas (General Manager) and Receptionist (Murali). I had guest with me from Germany and even they were praising their Hospitality, Food, and staffs attitude. Thank you Hotel Le Ruchi the Prince and I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who's planning for Mysore trip with friends, Couples or business trip. Zeeshan

Ruchi the prince is the worst hotel I ever know of. The receptionist is so rude and the owner doesn’t bother to hear out to the customer but just listens to the receptionist blindly and reacts. The rooms and shabby with cigarette buds and the chairs burnt with cigarettes. They are only fond of money and not service oriented. Even if it is mid night they don’t bother to give the room keys to the family with kids until their payment is settled. And the promised amount for the room was different and during check in the amount was double the amount mentioned, for just a very normal and very dirty room. So be extremely careful. I would rather suggest to stay in hotel le Ruchi the prince which is just a walk away.

Mr Raj from Front office did a fantastic job from the checkin till our check out….He gave us the best room possible and was prompt in his duty.He made us feel comfortable and even the f&b staff especially Ms Reena was very warm hearted and patience.Every staff at the hotel recieves us with a smile on the face
