Great place to stay. Simple, but very extensively equipped with items and equipment. Cleaning is done every day and the apartment lady is very friendly and helpful. No negative points whatsoever.

Heliotrope studios are situated in the heart of Mitilini. You have everything you need at arms reach. Maria is so wonderful and helpful! I was amazed as to how much effort she put into helping all her guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and lack nothing. There is also a small garden at the back where you can enjoy your early morning coffee in peace before you take the buzzing streets of the center. A place not to be missed... We will come again...❤️

We stayed at the Heliotrope for two nights in mid-November. Everything was excellent, the room was spotless, very comfortable for three people and exactly as in the photos. With two TVs, with a kitchen and in the center, close to the shops and the shopping street. But the main thing was the service of his people, their good mood and their willingness. We met Maria at the reception who helped us and explained everything in detail about the city and the island from the first moment. Maria, thank you for everything. Very nice, centrally located apartment with a small balcony, comfortable bed, hot shower, small kitchenette and large fridge - everything very clean. Maria at the reception was super friendly, always helpful and gave me lots of tips for exploring the island... highly recommended!

Pros: *Rooms are spacious and clean *Bedding was also very spotless, collared and neat. *There were some bottled waters in the fridge. * The central location. Cons: *There is a serious issue with parking as the property only provides one parking space in total. *The lady we met at the reception as well as in our telephone communication was inhospitable. As if he did us a favor by renting us the room. And one good morning when he first saw us at check in he forcefully said it to us.（ A smile never hurt anyone.） * The soundproofing of the rooms is unacceptable. *The image of the reception was heartbreaking. The place should be more neat since the first image you get when you arrive is very important. * We stayed on the third floor, while there was an elevator up to the second. There was an elderly person in our group and he had difficulty climbing the stairs. I think I should have been informed about this before our attendance. Overall I would not recommend or visit again. .
