The room had leftover rubbish. Room facilities are poorly maintained.

This hotel is good in terms of location.. but it lacks many things. TV and telephone are damaged.. it says there are some amenities but none of them exist. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

Booked room with sea view, upon check in they provide me a room without sea view, telling me there’s no room available with sea view, and before that they were not able to find my booking, the reservation was included with breakfast but they denied this by saying the reservation doesn’t exist include breakfast, one of the staff in the reception was rude, the room was dirty !

Thanks to Mr Hocem for the welcome, really very friendly and smiling, the animation team Mohamed and esslem for their kindness, and also the restaurant team at breakfast. Spacious room, the equipment leaves something to be desired but the rest makes up for it. Very well located, beautiful beach and city center 15 minutes walk.
