Every time I stay at this hotel, the service is always outstanding and truly up to the highest standards. My sincere thanks to the reception, concierge, room service, housekeeping especially the night shift, restaurants, and beach club teams they are all exceptional. A special thank you to Hicham from the conciergerie team, who took care of every little detail from arrival to departure I would also like to recognise Younes Kholal, with whom I coordinate all arrangements he has been exceptional for all my stays. As a frequent traveller I can honestly say that the level of service and quality at this hotel truly rivals that of high-end hotels in many countries, including such as NY and Dubai. The staff are exceptionally professional and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning done to a very high standard.
Whether you’re traveling with family (as we did), as a couple, or on business, this hotel delivers an experience that feels both luxurious and effortless. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff is the best I’ve ever seen. Very welcoming, helping with every little thing and even running to help guests. The rooms are amazing with walk in closet! Unforgettable gym area with everything you need for any type of workout with stunning view of the city and the sea. Pleasant indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. One big disappointment was the beach being closed in May despite the hot weather. All the beaches in the neighborhood were closed too. Outside pool was officially closed too. So there’s nothing to do outside. One small thing that I missed is the tea and coffee facilities in the room. Paying €4 for every drink is a lot. We ended up paying more for 1 meal a day than for the room itself.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, exceptional service, food was amazing and consistently good. The concierge staff was ever so helpful with where to visit, Chef Rachid in the breakfast was simply amazing and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The one massive negative was that you are expected to pay for water at dinner, this is not something I’ve experienced anywhere in the world before, quite unusual (paying for alcohol I can understand, but water…really?) The rooms were beautiful with a wonderful view to the lagoon. The private beach is a must visit although you do have to travel a few kms to get there but it’s worth it as it is offsite. After a very tiring day out, if you want comfort and recovery to go again the next day, this is the perfect hotel to stay in Nador.

Despite extensive communication in advance about the necessity of adjoining rooms for our family, and following a recommendation to book two (unnecessary) suites, our disappointment was immense upon arrival when we discovered that no adjoining rooms had been reserved for us. Even after presenting our complete email correspondence, the hotel was unable to provide adequate assistance. This was a significant drawback, especially since we specifically opted for more expensive suites to fulfill our preference for adjoining rooms or one large suite. Unfortunately, our sole request was not taken into account, despite clear agreements.

The best experience I have ever had. Top professional staff. You can only see their smiles, welcoming messages, commitment to your requirements. The Hotel location is amazing, the view is fantastic. The hote is super clean 24/7. The pool is super clean, towels are new, service is perfect. Kids club: super clean, diversity of games and activities, amazing staff. You can keep your child there and ensure he is in safe hands. Restaurant: top professional staff. Super clean, diversity of food. Top top moroccan dishes and salads. They helped me to make a birthday surprise to my bother. Music band: an excellent music group we really enjoyed. Safety and security: we were safe all the time. We didn’t need the safety box, all our belongings were safe in the room. Reception: top professional receptionists either morning or night shifts. Over all, we will never regret choosing Marchica Lagoon Resort , we will definitely come back again and again.
