The hotel staff is the best I’ve ever seen. Very welcoming, helping with every little thing and even running to help guests. The rooms are amazing with walk in closet! Unforgettable gym area with everything you need for any type of workout with stunning view of the city and the sea. Pleasant indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. One big disappointment was the beach being closed in May despite the hot weather. All the beaches in the neighborhood were closed too. Outside pool was officially closed too. So there’s nothing to do outside. One small thing that I missed is the tea and coffee facilities in the room. Paying €4 for every drink is a lot. We ended up paying more for 1 meal a day than for the room itself.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, exceptional service, food was amazing and consistently good. The concierge staff was ever so helpful with where to visit, Chef Rachid in the breakfast was simply amazing and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The one massive negative was that you are expected to pay for water at dinner, this is not something I’ve experienced anywhere in the world before, quite unusual (paying for alcohol I can understand, but water…really?) The rooms were beautiful with a wonderful view to the lagoon. The private beach is a must visit although you do have to travel a few kms to get there but it’s worth it as it is offsite. After a very tiring day out, if you want comfort and recovery to go again the next day, this is the perfect hotel to stay in Nador.

Despite extensive communication in advance about the necessity of adjoining rooms for our family, and following a recommendation to book two (unnecessary) suites, our disappointment was immense upon arrival when we discovered that no adjoining rooms had been reserved for us. Even after presenting our complete email correspondence, the hotel was unable to provide adequate assistance. This was a significant drawback, especially since we specifically opted for more expensive suites to fulfill our preference for adjoining rooms or one large suite. Unfortunately, our sole request was not taken into account, despite clear agreements.

The best experience I have ever had. Top professional staff. You can only see their smiles, welcoming messages, commitment to your requirements. The Hotel location is amazing, the view is fantastic. The hote is super clean 24/7. The pool is super clean, towels are new, service is perfect. Kids club: super clean, diversity of games and activities, amazing staff. You can keep your child there and ensure he is in safe hands. Restaurant: top professional staff. Super clean, diversity of food. Top top moroccan dishes and salads. They helped me to make a birthday surprise to my bother. Music band: an excellent music group we really enjoyed. Safety and security: we were safe all the time. We didn’t need the safety box, all our belongings were safe in the room. Reception: top professional receptionists either morning or night shifts. Over all, we will never regret choosing Marchica Lagoon Resort , we will definitely come back again and again.

Prachtige hotel! Zeer hygiënisch enorm goeie service !! Zowel receptioniste als housekeepings De nannys niet vergeten!! Ze zijn erg zorgzaam en vriendelijk met de kinderen. Ze vermaken ze de gehele dag, nemen ze mee naar het zwembad. Zodra de kids klaar zijn brengen ze ze weer naar hun ouder! TOP ERVARING WIJ KOMEN ZEKER TERUG! @Nabil van de receptie een top man! Erg behulpzaam gezellig, vrolijk regelt alles wat je wilt! Is ook zeer kindvriendelijk! Dank je wel Nabil voor de moeite en tijd wat je aan ons besteedt hebt! Voornamelijk aan mijn zoontje( Amir ) Groetjes Amine Soumaya Wij verbleven in suite kamer 102 !!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. L’hôtel est beau, toutes les pièces sont magnifiques, très hautes de plafond, joliment meublées avec de vrais canapés confortables. Il aura quelques rafraîchissements à effectuer dans les chambres mais ils sont déjà prévus par la direction. La literie est très agréable et les chambres très propres ( merci aux femmes de chambre) Le personnel a été aux petits soins, efficace et bienveillant Mention particulière pour : -Youssef, responsable des petits déjeuners, qui a été de bon conseil tant pour les choix alimentaires que pour nos questions et demandes sur la région de Nador. Merci de sa disponibilité, -Amine, pour son service en chambre toujours personnalisé et son style impeccable. -Malika au spa, -Nabil à la réception, efficace, qui a su s’adapter à nos changements de programme, Je pourrais ajouter la qualité de la chef du restaurant l’assiette, le soin mis au service… -

L’un des meilleurs moments de mon séjour au Marchica Lagoon Resort a été le réveil face à la vue imprenable sur le lagon — un vrai tableau vivant qui apporte paix et sérénité dès le matin. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien aménagée, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Le personnel était professionnel et attentionné. Un merci particulier à M. Hassan Chtto à la réception, qui m’a fourni toutes les informations utiles et a contribué à rendre mon arrivée simple et agréable. Si je devais suggérer une amélioration, ce serait d'ajouter quelques options locales supplémentaires au petit-déjeuner pour mettre en valeur la richesse culinaire de la région. En résumé, une belle expérience que je recommande vivement .

Excellent accueil de la part de Mohamed El Arbi à la conciergerie notamment lors de notre arrivée à l’aéroport et tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci à lui et à Nabil de la réception. Hyper professionnel , à l’écoute, d’une gentillesse infinie. Je les remercie pour tout et pour leur accompagnement pour rendre notre séjour le meilleur possible. Mérite amplement d’être reconnu à leur poste. Grand merci aux équipes du petit déjeuner pour leur sourire et leur disponibilité. Bémol sur la restauration de 13h et du soir. Pas assez de choix, goût à revoir et service pas rapide. Penser à rajouter des grillages simples ou Burger pour l’après-midi notamment pour la piscine.
