I visited from Canada with my Mom, and we both had an amazing experience at the Gashalti Health Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful in architecture and sparkles with marble trim and detail. There are numerous amenities, including a fitness center, pool, playground for children, basketball, volleyball and soccer fields. I enjoyed the pool and fitness center in particular, which I used every day for my workouts. The staff is of the utmost help and accomodated our every request. We arrived with a very specific diet plan, and the head chef accomodated our eating restrictions every single day by making us individually-cooked breakfasts, lunch and dinner. The naftalan baths were a very interesting experience and definitely worth the trip. We could almost-instantly feel the health benefits of this one-of-a-kind treatment that is only available in Naftalan, Azerbaijan. The staff administering the baths were very attentive to our needs and paid close attention to our reactions. The doctors were likewise incredibly accomodating and attentive - we could see any doctor, any specialist, at any time, often without apointment. We received the highest quality of medical care at the Gashalti Health Hotel. It was our first time visiting Azerbaijan, and our impressions of the country and the people are ones of warmth, friendliness and the utmost politeness. We will definitely be visiting again in future years!

The newly opened hotel, including three meals a day, feels richer and delicious than the restaurant outside. In order to take the oil bath, the hotel facilities are particularly new, the staff and the guests encountered are very friendly to the Chinese, there is a little brother at the reception desk who can speak English, and there is no obstacle to communication by translators elsewhere. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide oil baths and other sanitary services on Saturdays and Sundays. Oil baths can only be used Monday to Friday. On weekends, swimming pools and Turkish sauna equipment can be used normally.

The building is new-brand, the facilities are up to date so you will be surarounded with comfort. But first thing is their hospitality is highest as well as service. The procedures are great after them you become as a new-brand. Your energy is rejuvanated. Moreover, the location is great as it is in the middle of mountains with full of greenerry around it. What about the kitchen, they are delicious and obviously clean, even got a moment to talk with a head chef, he is master at his job and great guy, no wonder why is it delicious like that.
