I stayed here when I went sightseeing in Nagahama. It's about a 2-3 minute walk from JR Nagahama Station, and there is a free flat parking lot, so it's convenient to go by train or car (I went by car). I don't think it's that new, but the building as a whole was well-cleaned, and there was no shortage of facilities and equipment in the room. The unit bath in particular was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. The main tourist spots (Kurokabe Square, Hikiyama Museum, Daidouji Temple, Kaiyodo Figure Museum, etc.) are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants in the area, and a convenience store is nearby. As for breakfast, the hotel website says it was a "simple buffet," but the number of items was enough to satisfy me. I also liked the fact that I could park after checking out.
