In order to catch the new ferry boat connection India - Sri Lanka I had to stay 2 nights. Rats in the lobby, no internet in the rooms. Run down. Stay away. Staff is nice though.Location good, 150 Rupees with Rickshaw to harbour in daytime, FERRY TO SRI LANKA : Great choice to get there. However, check on wind strength before. 83 passengers can go on board, brand new ship….go upstairs to the ROYALE seats, there the staff offs the disturbing TV screen.

to our Resort!
VPN Resorts was started in the year of 2012 by Mr.V.Pachiappan at present it has an another hotel at Nagapattinam under itself namely as VPN Hotel. Hotel VPN Resort is located very close to the Velankanni Church, beach, bus stand, railway station and opposite of our lady tank(old chruch).
VPN Resorts has 12 individual rest house pattern rooms, fully equipped with Modern amenities like air-conditioning, Telephone, 24-hour hot and cold water, Colour TV with satellite television. A resort adjacent of VPN Hotel has attached multicusine restaurant with hospitality caring staffs and very huge car parking facilities with a separate driver's rest room. A resort has a fully open air with gardening and wide playing area. The constructions of swimming pool are under way.
