We checked in around 3 pm but nobody bothered to check with us about our arrival from the hotel team. The check-in was not like one would expect from a property like this. We were served some mocktail in dirty smudged glasses, which we refused. We had booked 3 rooms, all three were big with good interiors but lack of cleaning in the visible corners and dirty rugged curtains triggered my OCD. The lizard in my brother’s room further turned down the entire experience, although it was removed by their housekeeping after a series of unattended calls. The food was good, they lack variety but the items served sufficed our taste buds. One thing that irritated us the most was the attitude of the staff, they are greedy. They expect a tip everytime. The way they stand and would not leave until you give them some money was really annoying. The housekeeping guy was tipped twice but still did not hesitate annoying us to the core on the checkout day by continuously looking into our room until we closed the door. The activities at the property are quite entertaining. We had a good time at the sand dunes village. The Rajasthani dance , magic show were quite enthralling. It is a beautiful property but not being managed well.

Hotel location is good. Very neat and clean. Moreover the staff were very good. Well behaved and son helpfull.

When I entered the hotel the front boy offered me Golden room at rs 2000 cash which I agreed and paid.As silver room was not good I cancelled the booking on your site although I was warned by the hotel that the is no guarantee that you will get refund .I am still waiting for refund but you have denied it . Now status is that I have been charged twice for one night.I carefully examined your site and found that free cancellation is still available and then I canceled.your site get hefty commission that is the reason hotel offers the customer direct booking.Hope you understand what I wanted to convey to you
