Hotels with Breakfast in Nagoya

We were recommended to your hotel by my wife's nephew who was a guest at your hotel with his family.  The location is excellent especially for shopping at the Grand Batam mall.  We found your staff very polite and always helpful.  This applied to all the staff we interacted with from the door man to the staff at check in and check out to & the staff at breakfast.  There was one particular person at concierge (a rather tall, slim fair looking gentlemen) who was particularly helpful and always with a smile.  We were hoping to see him today to make sure we get his name but unfortunately he was not on duty today. We were hoping to use the gym and pool today but ran out of time.  The gym and the pool looked well maintained and clean.  We had a massage last night and they were excellent. We found boiling a kettle took a long time but I presume it is due to poor infrastructure on the island.  The island could certainly do with more invested in the infrastructure and roads/traffic to encourage more visitors.

Last minute booking. Room was sufficient. Basic amenities. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location wonderful. Grand Batam mall was within walking distance, many massage places, lots of food options. A2 food court 10mins walk away.  However, quite dim surrounding the property at night if you are walking back from the mall or A2 food court .

Location is great for those who likes BCS mall. Staff service was nice and great however the door card were given us a few issues as it couldn’t access the lift. A few customers faces the same issues too. Overall it’s good experience and room is very wide. Not my first time staying in this hotel and would definitely come back again. A2 food court is just right below. Breakfast is just nice too.

Have a pleasant stay at Swiss berlinn hotel, the location is super awesome, left side left than 5mins to grand batam, infront sushi tei n bcs and cafe. The staff are all so helpful, cheerful, the front desk staff are so helpful and cheerful too as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff. It make the customer so welcome. However the towel must change it kind of dirty n black already but overall with the good attitude n happy spirit from the staff it make the guests stay enjoyable n happy.

It's near to Grand Batam shopping mall. Walking distance around 5 minutes. Nearby the hotel got shops selling food and massage centre too. The front office ladies staff are great, able to help us with information. Provided us extra 2 pillows and a later checkout time. The hotel room was nice, and clean. Hot shower and Aircon works as it should. TV got plenty of channels to watch if needed. Window view able to see Singapore MBS on a clear morning. The hotel breakfast buffet spread was good. Seems to change daily. The Aircon at the lobby and buffet restaurant a bit on the cold side. Maybe due to the raining weather on our visit.

Room was as per photo in Trip Website, so its a nice Grand Executive with King bed. Facilities was good nice food around the hotel as well. Overall Great value for money, will stay again

I don't recommend anyone to stay there during weekend, there's a nightclub nearby and you can hear the loud music and beats throughout the night, plus the traffic from the road. Just couldn't get a good night rest unless you are someone who can sleep with all the noise. That being said, the hotel location wasn't too far from BCS mall, u can take a grab to get there. The room and bathroom was clean but the bathroom does have a sewage smell which wasn't pleasant so would advise that you keep the door closed. There's quite a selection of cable channels on the TV to keep you entertained.

the hotel is strategically located, right opposite of Grand Batam Mall, there is Circle K next door and IndoMart nearby. Walking Distance to Batam City Square and A2 Foodcourt. The front staff is helpful and friendly. there is also parking space reserved right in front of the main door (if you are driving). The room is a little small but it works well if you are only there for sleeping, the soundproof is bad, you can hear people walking and talking outside. The only cons for me is the toilet, is well worn out, yellowish tiles and the towel is all greyish colored. But for the price you paid, you will have to lower your expectation.

Quite clean but bedsheet has many holes. Written has window but the reality no window.
