The hotel amenities are okay. Pool was empty (no water), so can’t be used.
As for the room, the bed and pillows are dirty with stains, wardrobe and cabinets are worn out, so they are jammed, or not in good condition.
Service wise, the staff are friendly and helpful, a little language barrier but all worked out.
Breakfast in buffet style but options are limited.

Have a memorable experience staying in Brevely Hotel Batam on my recent trip with friends. Must say room is huge for deluxe King and staff are super friendly.Daily breakfast with average options but food are delicious.unfortunatly pool is under renovation.
Overall is a present stay in this hotel will surely recommend friends to experience the stay

This is my second time staying here, but I have to say that this time I was not impressed. Even though we booked a month in advance, the check-in time was a long wait.2 hours before we can check in, waiting until 4 pm. While we were sitting and waiting, we saw other people who came later and checked in got the room first. What does that mean? When we asked at the counter, all we got was an apology. We complained and still didn't get the room until 4 pm. Then we could check in.

Overall the room condition is poor in cleanliness , toilet sink was clogged, bath tub shower head not adjustable and causing water flow out to floor making it dangerous on wet condition. Towel and bedsheet are old with old stain.
Staff are friendly but not competent to accomplish the work of rectifying the issue of toilet clog.
