Arrived the hotel very late but check in was smooth. The room is very spacious. The exact same as per the pictures. Breakfast spread was good. There is a counter for indomie. Their puff pastry is good must try.

The location is excellent with great value for money. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach a shopping mall, A2 Food Court, and many famous massage shops—highly recommended! The hotel is very new, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

Overall very good. Especially cleaniness and convenient location . Just lacking a kettle . Even though there is a coffee machine I prefer a kettle over coffee machine.

Last minute booking. Room was sufficient. Basic amenities. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location wonderful. Grand Batam mall was within walking distance, many massage places, lots of food options. A2 food court 10mins walk away.
However, quite dim surrounding the property at night if you are walking back from the mall or A2 food court .

Room is spacious and a free minibar with a capsule coffee machine. Staff is friendly but they are rather strict with the check in n out time.
Opposite grand batam mall so it was convenient.
Breakfast variety is good but the coffee machine is too slow so it always have a queue.

My first time into this hotel. Nice looking hotel, very modern! Nearby Grand Batam Mall. Everything looks brand new. However i wish they would have a gym facilities.
Breakfast is ok too!

The room is spacious and cosy. Breakfast is good with decent choices. Location is good. Lots of food around the hotel and 2 big shopping malls within walking distance. Staffs are really helpful and nice. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Batam. Highly recommended.
